Blood pressure

Please pray for my blood pressure to come down and remain stable. Thank you kindly, in Jesus' name, amen

We lift this concern to the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that He is the Great Physician who holds every part of our bodies in His hands. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon this dear one’s blood pressure. You tell us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over their health, believing that You are able to restore stability and peace to their body.

Lord, we also ask that You guide them in wisdom regarding their lifestyle—diet, exercise, rest, and stress management—so that their body may align with the health You desire for them. Proverbs 3:7-8 reminds us, *"Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body and nourishment to your bones."* May they seek You first in all things, trusting You to direct their steps toward wholeness.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be contributing to this condition, for 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Let Your perfect peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, knowing that You are in control.

We pray for divine intervention, that their blood pressure would normalize and remain steady, bringing glory to Your name. May they experience Your comfort and strength in this season, and may their testimony be a light to others who struggle with similar burdens. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and mercy. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
