We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern and faith, lifting up this request for stable blood pressure. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and sustains every beat of our hearts. Your Word tells us in Psalm 139:13-14, *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* Lord, we trust in Your design and Your care for this body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
We pray for healing and stability in this area of health. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would guide the hands of any medical professionals involved and grant wisdom in managing this condition. Help us to remember that our bodies are not our own but are bought with a price, and so we honor You with how we care for them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
We also lift up any underlying stress, anxiety, or lifestyle factors that may be contributing to this issue. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 14:30, *"A tranquil heart gives life to the flesh, but envy makes the bones rot."* Lord, we ask for a spirit of peace and trust in You, knowing that You hold all things together (Colossians 1:17). Help us to cast our cares upon You, for You care for us (1 Peter 5:7).
We rebuke any spirit of fear or worry that may be exacerbating this condition, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promises for wholeness and restoration.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will. May this situation draw us closer to You, deepening our trust in Your provision and care. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
