We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before our Heavenly Father. Financial debt is a heavy weight to carry, and the harassment you’re experiencing only adds to the distress. We recognize your desire to honor your obligations and seek a godly resolution, and we pray that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way.
First, we must address the reality of debt with wisdom and truth. Scripture tells us in Romans 13:8, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." While it is commendable that you wish to repay what you owe, we must also acknowledge that debt can become a snare if not handled with discipline and godly counsel. The Lord does not promise to erase our debts miraculously without our participation in His provision. Instead, He calls us to stewardship, wisdom, and faithfulness in managing what He entrusts to us.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and harassment that has come against you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he uses the pressure of debt collectors to bring shame, anxiety, and division. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would shield you and your family from any unlawful or unethical practices by these agencies. If they are acting outside the bounds of the law, we encourage you to seek legal counsel to protect yourself and your loved ones. Proverbs 22:7 warns, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." While this is a sobering truth, it also reminds us to seek freedom from bondage through godly wisdom.
We also lift up your request for a personal loan. While we trust in God’s provision, we must caution against seeking solutions that may lead to further entanglement. Proverbs 22:26-27 says, "Don’t you be one of those who strike hands, of those who are collateral for debts. If you don’t have means to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you?" Instead of relying solely on another loan, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a trusted financial advisor or a Christian ministry that specializes in debt relief. The Lord may provide through unexpected means, such as a promotion at your new job, a side opportunity, or even the generosity of His people.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is burdened by debt and harassment. Lord, You see the weight they carry, and You promise in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We ask that You would grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and shield them from the attacks of the enemy. Father, rebuke the spirit of fear and shame that seeks to overwhelm them. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let no harassment or threat come to fruition.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their finances. Provide them with wisdom to manage their resources, favor in their workplace, and opportunities to increase their income. If it is Your will, open doors for a godly resolution to their debt—whether through negotiation, consolidation, or unexpected provision. Father, we also pray for protection over their new job. Let no scheme of the enemy disrupt their employment or their ability to provide for their family.
We declare that the Lord is their Provider (Genesis 22:14) and that He will supply all their needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even in this trial. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in integrity as they seek to honor You and their commitments.
We also pray for the debt collectors and agencies involved. Soften their hearts, Lord, and grant them a spirit of fairness and compassion. If there has been any wrongdoing on their part, expose it and bring justice. If there is room for negotiation, open those doors and give our brother/sister favor in those conversations.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You through this trial. Let this season be one of growth, dependence on You, and a deeper understanding of Your faithfulness. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your promise in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."
