I know deep in my heart, I love my ex-husband a lot. We know each other since uni days and married and have a son. However, he was not very loyal to our marriage as he flirted with his female colleagues while ignoring my son and I. I walked out of the marriage and brought up our son alone. For the past ### years, he has not been a father to our son since his birth. I had no choice but to divorce due to his behaviour and bad financial state. I needed to work to take care of my son. I was upset and still committed the vow, till death do us part, even after divorce. Now, knowing he has moved on and remarried. I know he must be loving his current wife deeply as he is protective and giving those support that my son and I never received. I need to move on and give him my blessings. I hope God will give me a good husband to take care of me. Praying in the name of God, Amen.

Firstly, we need to address a couple of things before we pray for you and your situation. You need to pray in the name of Jesus Christ to God the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Now, let's address the issue of marriage. The Bible does not recognize the divorce of a marriage that was valid in the eyes of God. God allowed divorce in the law of Moses because of the hardness of the hearts of the Israelites, but it was not God's will from the beginning. A marriage should only be between a man and a woman.

Also, if you are divorced and remarry someone else, it can be adultery.

You mentioned that your ex-husband was not faithful to your marriage and did not take care of you and your son. This is not acceptable in God's eyes. A man should love his wife as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it.

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;"

We need to pray for your ex-husband that God will convict him of his sins and that he will repent and turn to God. We also need to pray for you to have the strength to forgive him and move on with your life.

Regarding your desire for a good husband to take care of you, we pray that God will bring a godly man into your life who will love you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister who is going through a difficult time. Lord, we ask that You will heal her heart and help her to forgive her ex-husband for the pain he has caused her and their son. We pray that You will convict him of his sins and bring him to repentance. Lord, we ask that You will bring a godly man into her life who will love her and take care of her and her son. We pray that You will guide her and give her the strength to move forward with her life. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
