Blessings for the non prayers - Bad and NO blessings for believers

Humble Servant of All
Dear God, why are you giving to people who dont deserve it. - ### - a man who kiiled an another person for insurance money, given so much of luck and blessings. - ### - Given ### crore ( ### million dollars) for making a flop film. - ### my friend, who always enjoyed his life, never worked, while we worked a lot and finally got good job and wife and side chick and so much of other blessing. WHY LORD WHY ????

We hear the pain and frustration in your words, and we want you to know that your struggle is not unseen by God. The apparent injustice of the wicked prospering while the righteous endure hardship is a question that has weighed on the hearts of believers since the days of the psalmists. In Psalm 73, Asaph cried out in anguish, saying, "For I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. For they have no struggles; their bodies are healthy and strong. They are free from common human burdens; they are not plagued by human ills" (Psalm 73:3-5 WEB). Yet he later realized that their prosperity is temporary, and their end is destruction.

The truth is, God’s ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). We may not always understand why He allows the wicked to prosper for a time, but we can trust that He is just and that every deed will be brought into judgment (Ecclesiastes 12:14). The man who killed for insurance money, the one who gained wealth from a flop film, and even your friend who lived carelessly, none of them escape God’s sight. Their blessings now do not mean they are beyond His justice. In fact, their prosperity may be a snare, leading them further from repentance (1 Timothy 6:9-10).

You mentioned your friend’s "side chick," and we must address this with biblical truth. Adultery is a grave sin, one that defiles marriage and dishonors God (Hebrews 13:4). If your friend is unrepentant in this, his blessings are not a sign of God’s favor but a warning. We must pray for his conviction and repentance, for the Lord desires that none should perish (2 Peter 3:9). As for you, we encourage you to guard your own heart against bitterness. Envy and resentment will only poison your spirit (Proverbs 14:30). Instead, focus on the blessings God has given you, your job, your wife, and the opportunity to live righteously before Him.

We also notice that your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus, and this is a matter of eternal importance. There is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive the gift of salvation (Romans 10:9-10). Only then can you truly understand God’s justice, mercy, and love.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, wrestling with the pain of seeing the wicked prosper while the righteous suffer. Lord, we confess our struggle with envy and bitterness, and we ask for Your forgiveness. Help us to trust in Your justice, knowing that You see all and will repay every deed in Your perfect time. We pray for those who live in unrepentant sin, convict their hearts, draw them to repentance, and save them from eternal destruction. Father, we lift up our brother who wrote this prayer. Guard his heart from resentment and fill him with Your peace. Remind him of Your faithfulness and the blessings You have given him. If he does not know You, Lord, reveal Yourself to him. May he surrender his life to Jesus Christ and find true rest in You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who alone is our salvation and our hope. Amen.

Remember, dear brother, that God’s delay in judgment is not indifference, it is mercy. He is patient, not wanting anyone to perish (2 Peter 3:9). Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). Your labor in the Lord is never in vain.

We hear how painful this question is for you. You have worked hard and tried to walk faithfully, and it is disorienting to watch a man who did great harm, or others who seem to give little effort, appear to receive so much while you are left asking why.

Your honest "why, Lord" is not pushed away by God. He hears that ache and He cares that fairness matters to you.

What you are feeling is a very human struggle. When we become aware of something good that someone else has and we feel it is missing in our own lives, sadness can settle in. That comparison can quietly turn the other person into a rival in our thoughts, and it drains peace and joy. Feeling that tug does not mean you have failed as a believer, it means you are carrying a real burden about justice and provision.

One step that often helps in this kind of season is to give comparison less space for a while. If certain news, social media, or conversations keep putting those stories in front of you, it is okay to step back from them. Use that time to bring your why to God in plain, honest words, just as you wrote it here, and share it with one trusted pastor or mature friend who will listen and pray with you without trying to quickly explain it away.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see his work, his disappointment, and his desire to understand Your ways. Give him rest in Your nearness, wisdom for each day, and a steady hope that You see and You are just and merciful. Lead him and provide for him as You know best. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your question reaches into a depth where many saints have wrestled before you, and it is good that you bring it before the Lord rather than let it fester in secret. The psalmist Asaph confessed the same bitterness when he saw the prosperity of the wicked, until he went into the sanctuary of God and understood their end.

There is in your words a jealousy which you must watch with great care, for jealousy is cruel as the grave. When love to God absorbs the heart, a holy jealousy will guard His honor, but when envy toward men takes hold, that same jealousy becomes a cruel fire within the soul. You have looked upon the fleeting gains of others and your heart has been provoked, and in that provocation you have begun to measure the favor of God by rupees and by luck and by earthly ease. Be careful that you do not misrepresent God to yourself in this way, nor glory in a false measure of what blessing truly is.

Remember that God is a jealous God, and His jealousy is a pure and holy flame. He does not brook a rival, and He will not give His glory to another. Any doctrine or thought which does not give all honor to God must provoke Him to jealousy. Yet the Lord is longsuffering toward men, and He patiently endures the madness of rebellion for a season. His patience must be great indeed which can restrain the fury of His jealousy. When you see a man who has shed blood for money and yet seems to prosper, or a man enriched for a work that has no worth, you are not seeing the approbation of God upon their deeds. You are seeing His forbearance, which allows the sun to rise upon the evil and upon the good, while His unimpeachable justice waits its appointed hour. God is clear when He speaks and just when He condemns, whether it be the condemnation which He passes in the present or that final doom when the wicked are dragged before His throne to receive their sentence. The wicked may go to the place of honor for a little while, but their way is the old way which wicked men have trod, and as God met with them of old in terrible destruction, so will He deal with all who persist in sin. There is no hope for those with whom God deals in justice alone, apart from Christ.

You speak also of a friend who has lived without diligence and yet has obtained a good position and a wife, and beside her another woman. Do not call that blessing. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all intimacy outside of it belongs not to blessing but to sin. What men call good fortune when it is joined to adultery is not the favor of God but a snare that will, if unrepented, bring eternal destruction from the presence of the Lord. To ask God to bless such a union would be to ask Him to contradict His own holiness, which He will never do. The true blessing of God is not measured in crores or in ease, but in a clean conscience, a faithful walk, and a heart reconciled to Him.

And you ask why those who do not pray seem to receive, while you who have labored feel overlooked. Know this, none of us deserves anything at the hand of God. If justice were meted out without mercy, we would all be consumed. Justice stood as the sinner's enemy until Christ, the only begotten and well beloved Son, was smitten in our place. There upon the cross infinite justice and infinite love met, and justice was satisfied so that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. Salvation is through Christ alone, not through works or prayers or labor, and every good thing we have is of grace. The man who has much in this world and has not Christ has nothing. The poorest believer who has Christ, though he have little of this world's goods, has all things.

Therefore turn your eyes from the fleeting prosperity of others and fix them upon the Lord Himself. Do not envy the man whose house is full while his soul is empty. Instead, pity him and pray for him, that he may yet be brought to repentance before the day of justice comes. And for yourself, seek the blessing that cannot be taken away. Declare your ways to God in secret, commune with Him as a child with his Father, and hear Him say, I have heard thee, and then ask Him to teach thee His statutes. Pray that your zeal may be according to knowledge, that you may desire not the gifts of fortune but the Giver Himself.

May the Lord grant you grace to see that His delays are not denials of justice, and that His temporal gifts to the unrepentant are not tokens of His love. May He give you a contented heart to be in just such a place as He would put you, and faith to believe that He who pleaded the cause of your soul at Calvary will plead it still, and will in His perfect time make all His dealings clear.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Seeing others prosper while you feel overlooked can stir a painful question, and your honesty in bringing it to God is not hidden from Him. The ache you describe is an old one. When the wicked seem to have ease and the faithful seem to have hardship, the heart is tempted toward envy, and envy quickly troubles the whole soul.

Scripture teaches that this life is not the place of final recompense. God often allows a taste of His justice and His kindness here, but the full crowns and the full judgments are yet to come. That a man who has done evil still has money or fame does not mean God approves him or has blessed him in the true sense. Remember Cain. God did not hold His peace at his deed, but exacted a severe penalty, even if judgment did not fall in the first moment. The fact that judgment is delayed is not a sign that God is absent, but that He is patient, giving time for repentance. If strict and immediate justice were applied to all, none of us would stand, for we have all needed mercy from the beginning.

Material success is not the measure of God's blessing. To be given crores for a film, or to appear lucky after wrongdoing, is not the same as having peace with God, a clean conscience, or eternal life. Many who seem to have everything outwardly are empty inwardly, and what looks like blessing now will be revealed differently at the judgment. Do not let your heart be cast down when you see such things, and do not think God has forgotten those who seek Him faithfully.

You also mentioned your friend who you say has a good job and a wife and also a side relationship. We must speak clearly here in love. In God's design, marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and sexual faithfulness belongs within that covenant alone. A side relationship is not a blessing to be celebrated or to be asked for from God. We cannot ask God to bless what He calls sin, because that would be asking Him to contradict His own goodness. Instead we pray that your friend would turn from that path, be faithful to his wife, and seek forgiveness and new life through Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation.

Envy itself is a root of bitterness. It grows from pride and love of esteem and it never rests. The way of freedom is the lowly way, like a little child who is free from contention and does not pride itself. That humility has a double strength, to have virtue and not to be puffed up about it. Love also calls us to a higher temper, not only to weep with those who weep, which comes more naturally, but to be free from grudging when others rejoice, so that we purge envy from ourselves and learn to share joy and sorrow without bitterness. This is what binds love firmly and keeps the soul from crawling in the mire of jealousy.

So do not measure God's care for you by comparing your outward circumstances with others. True blessing is to belong to Christ, to have sins forgiven, to be formed in humility and mercy, and to look for the reward that does not fade. Continue to work faithfully, pray honestly, and ask God to cleanse your heart from envy and to set your hope more fully on what is eternal. Pray for those you mentioned, not that God would affirm them in wrongdoing, but that they would come to repentance and know His mercy. And pray for yourself, that God would give you contentment, purity of heart, and joy in His provision, whether much or little, until He who will come does come.

The struggle you are putting into words is honest and it is also ancient. The psalmists and Job wrestled with the same question, why does it look like those who ignore God prosper while those who try to follow Him face hardship. When you look only at the surface, it can seem that the wicked are mighty, they grow old, they increase in wealth, and they get away with terrible things.

Scripture gives a different perspective that looks beyond the moment. What looks like blessing is often not blessing at all. The triumphing of the wicked is short and the joy of the hypocrite is but for a moment. The wicked may seem to stand, but they are set in slippery places and will be overthrown and be no more, while the house of the righteous shall stand. The little that a righteous person has is better than the riches of many wicked, because the Lord upholds the righteous but the way of the wicked will come to nothing. Their candle will be put out. Like the fat of lambs they will be consumed into smoke. The arms of the wicked shall be broken.

That is why God tells His people not to fret because of evil men and not to be envious of the wicked. Envy itself does great harm. A sound heart brings life, but envy is rottenness to the bones. It poisons your view of God and of others and it steals your peace. When you envy a man who has gained money through murder or deceit, or a man who is praised for work that has no lasting value, or a friend who appears to have everything while living in unfaithfulness, you are envying someone whose end, without repentance, is judgment. God reserves wrath for His enemies and He will take vengeance on wickedness, even if His patience for a time allows the sun to rise on both the evil and the good.

It also helps to see clearly what is truly a blessing and what is not. A man who takes a life for insurance money has not been blessed, he has stored up guilt and will fall by his own wickedness. Wealth gained for a failed project is not a sign of God's favor, it is fleeting and cannot satisfy the soul. And a man who has a wife and also a side relationship has not been given a double blessing. Marriage in Scripture is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and sex outside that covenant belongs nowhere. God does not bless adultery, He calls it sin. To want that kind of life is to want something that will bring sorrow and judgment, not joy. Do not call sin a blessing and do not ask God to affirm it.

God is not impressed by the sacrifices or the outward success of the wicked. The way of the wicked is an abomination to Him, but the prayer of the upright is His delight. That means your prayers, even when they are confused and hurting, are precious to Him when they come from a heart that wants to trust Him. Both the righteous and the wicked have many afflictions in this life. Righteousness does not give immunity from trouble in a fallen world, but there is a great difference in the end and in the present help God gives. The Lord sees, He considers the house of the wicked and He overthrows it, and He delivers and saves those who trust in Him.

So turn your eyes from comparison to trust. Instead of fretting over those who seem to prosper in their wicked devices, trust in the Lord and do good. Ask Him to search your heart, because the heart is deceitful, and to make you clean through Jesus Christ, for salvation is through Him alone. Seek the true riches that come from knowing Him, drinking of the river of His pleasures, and walking in justice, mercy and truth. Those are blessings that cannot be taken away and they will stand when all the fleeting wealth and applause of this world is gone.
