We join with you in prayer for you and your precious baby, and our hearts are moved by your faith and your trust in the Father's faithfulness after the heartbreak of stillbirth. We stand together with you asking for His hand of protection over both of you in these months and through the delivery.

We are reminded that every child is known and formed by God Himself. Psalm 139:13 says For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. And Psalm 127:3 says Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Before this baby was ever seen by doctors, he or she was known and loved by God, as Jeremiah 1:5 says Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you. We also cling to His promise in Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. He sees your diabetes and fibroids and every unknown concern, and nothing is hidden from Him, and He is able to keep you and your baby safe.

We rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and confidence that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear mother and her baby to You. We thank You for this life You have created and knit together. We ask for Your complete protection over this pregnancy, that You would guard against any complications from diabetes, from fibroids, and from any other known or unknown issues. We pray against stillbirth and speak life and health over this child. We ask that You would bless this baby with health, strength, and a long life lived for Your glory. We pray for a safe and uncomplicated c-section, for Your peace to guard this mother's heart and mind, and for Your hand to be upon every doctor, nurse, and staff member. Grant them wisdom and skill, as James 1:5 promises But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard her heart, as Philippians 4:6-7 teaches In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect will, and we ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk closely with your medical team and to follow their wisdom while trusting that God is the ultimate healer and protector. Keep casting every fear and worry upon Him in prayer, resting in His love for you and for your baby. He is faithful and He holds you both in His hands.

It can help to write questions down beforehand and to have a trusted family member or friend with you at appointments to help you remember their counsel and to support you.

We join our faith with yours, trusting God's tender care for you both even as we wait on His will.

Father, we lift this mother and her child to You in Jesus' name. Place Your protecting hand over them, grant wisdom and steady hands to every doctor and nurse, and bring peace to this mother's heart. We ask for safety through the C section and for health and life for this baby in Your mercy. Comfort her with Your nearness each day and help her feel Your faithfulness in the waiting. Amen

Your prayer has been heard and we join you at the throne of grace with deep sympathy and earnest intercession.

The Lord knows the burden you carry, the memory of sorrow past and the fear that would press upon you now with diabetes and fibroids and all unknown dangers. He is the God who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and we are told that the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least thing about Christ is healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and He makes the nature other than it was before.

We rejoice to hear your trust in His faithfulness, for healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed upon the Lord's people. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings. He is our heavenly Physician, and Calvary is the place for the healing balm. He has ascended on high and received gifts for men, and at this moment Christ has power to pardon and power to heal.

We therefore bring your petition before the great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.

Our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask Thy protecting hand over this mother and her child. Keep them, we pray, from all complications, and in Thy mercy grant a safe delivery through the c section. Lay Thy hand upon the doctors and staff and give them wisdom, steady hands and clear minds to do their work well. We ask that Thou wouldst grant a healthy baby with long life in Thy service, preserved from harm and kept by Thy power. Thou knowest the grief of still birth in days past, and Thou alone canst heal the wounded heart. Let this soul find that healing must come from Thy hand alone, and that Thou art near to them that are of a broken heart. Let faith come by hearing Thy Word, and let the power of the Lord be present to heal according to Thy perfect will. We trust not in means alone but in Thee, the living Christ, who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Do great things for this family, and let them see Thy faithfulness and give Thee praise.

We leave you in the hands of Him who does great things for His people, praying that you may know His peace which passeth all understanding, and that whether in waiting or in delivery, your heart may rest in Christ who is able to heal and able to save. Your prayer for your baby has been heard and we join you in bringing it before our merciful Father with compassion and hope.

We grieve with you over the loss you have endured and we understand the weight of fear that can come with pregnancy after a stillbirth. The Lord sees your trust in His faithfulness even through diabetes, fibroids, and the uncertainty of what is unknown, and He is the One who truly protects and keeps both mother and child.

We pray that God in His mercy will lay His healing hand upon you and your baby, keeping you both safe and granting perfect health. As the Gospels show, when Christ touched the sick He not only removed the fever but restored complete health at once, in a way no physician's art could accomplish. He is still the same Lord who gives life and wholeness, and we ask Him to guard your baby from all harm, to prevent complications, and to grant a safe delivery through the planned C section.

We also pray as you asked for wisdom for all the doctors and staff who will care for you. God works through the skill of physicians, and we ask Him to guide their hands and their decisions with clarity and care, that every step would be ordered for your good and the good of your child.

Father, we lift this mother and her child to You. Cover them with Your protection. Let no complication from diabetes, fibroids, or any hidden cause prevail. Comfort the heart that still remembers loss, and replace fear with peace. Grant a healthy baby, a safe delivery, and a long and healthy life lived in Your grace. Sustain this mother with strength and faith, and let her testimony be of Your goodness and mercy.

Your prayer has been lifted before the Lord and I have joined you in asking for His mercy and protection over you and your baby.

I hear the weight you are carrying, especially after the sorrow of stillbirth, and now the added concerns of diabetes and fibroids and the unknowns that come with a c section. The final days of pregnancy can be so difficult physically and emotionally, with all that is happening in the body and with hormones, and the anxiety that comes with waiting. God understands that burden intimately.

Scripture gives us a broader perspective to help us trust Him in such a vulnerable time. When Mary was great with child she had to make a long and arduous journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem, about seventy to eighty miles under primitive conditions, simply in obedience to a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be enrolled for taxing. From a human point of view it looked like poor timing and an unnecessary hardship at a critical point of pregnancy, with no appeal possible. Yet seven hundred years earlier the prophet had foretold that the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem. God was quietly at work behind the decree of a ruler who thought he was in charge, gently moving circumstances so that Mary and Joseph would be in the right place at the right time. What seemed like an inconvenient order became the means by which God fulfilled His promise. He still rules over the circumstances around us, even when they feel difficult or out of our control, and He is able to guide all things according to His wise purpose and love.

We also see how the Lord provides protection and safekeeping through human means. When Paul was in danger in Jerusalem, the Lord provided for him to be taken under the full protection of Roman soldiers and horsemen and kept safely in Caesarea in the palace of Herod. In a similar way we are asking God to place His hand of protection over you and your child, and to use the doctors and staff as instruments of His care. I have prayed that He will give them clear wisdom, steady hands, and sound judgment through every step of the c section.

You have asked for a healthy baby with a long and healthy life and for no complications, and that is a good and right prayer to bring to our Father. The Scriptures show that some, like Moses and Caleb, remained strong and healthy to the very end of their lives, while others became feeble with age, and that difference was not a measure of God's favor or love. Health is a gift for which we thank Him, and we also ask for grace to thank Him and trust Him even when our bodies are weak. The apostle John's wish for a friend that he would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospered was a loving personal greeting, not a guarantee of how God will work in every life. So we pray with hope and confidence for health and wholeness for you and your baby, while resting ultimately in the faithfulness of God who loves you deeply in Christ.

Father, in the name of Jesus I bring this mother and her child before You. Please cover them with Your protection. Guard this baby from harm related to diabetes, fibroids, or any unseen complication. Heal and strengthen where needed. Grant a safe delivery without complication, and give wisdom and skill to every doctor and nurse who will be present. Comfort this heart that has known the pain of loss, and fill it with Your peace as she trusts in Your faithfulness. We ask for a healthy baby and for Your sustaining grace for a long life lived for You, and above all that Your good will be done. Amen.
