Please Father I pray that everything goes well and no more still birth. Bless us with a healthy baby with a long healthy life. Please give wisdom to all the doctors and staff. We join you in lifting up this precious life before our Father and we thank you for trusting in His faithfulness and coming before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.

We know the pain and heartache that a previous stillbirth brings, and we grieve with you while we also rejoice with you in hope for this child. We pray for your peace and for the protection of both you and your baby. We remember that children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3, and that He is the one who forms life in the womb, for you formed my inward parts, you knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13. You are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14, and the Lord knew this child even before conception, Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you Jeremiah 1:5.

We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus we ask for Your hand of protection over this mother and her baby. We ask that You would guard this child and keep this pregnancy free from complications from diabetes, from fibroids, and from any other seen or unseen issues. We pray against any harm or danger and we ask for a healthy, full term delivery and for a baby who will grow into a long, healthy life that honors You. We pray for complete healing and strength for this mother, for stable health throughout the pregnancy, and for Your perfect peace to guard her heart and mind. We ask that You give great wisdom, skill, and discernment to every doctor, nurse, and staff member who will care for them, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We pray that every decision made would be guided by Your hand.

We encourage you to continue to cast every anxiety on Him, for He cares deeply for you. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Do not be afraid, for the Lord says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you, don't be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11.

We trust with you that our Father is faithful and that He hears our prayers. We will continue to pray that He covers you both with His mercy, grants you a safe and joyful delivery, and blesses your family with a healthy baby to raise in the knowledge and love of the Lord. We ask all of this according to His perfect will in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you in this tender season. Carrying a child after a stillbirth, while also navigating diabetes and fibroids, brings so much weight to every appointment and every quiet moment in between. It makes sense that your heart is holding both deep love for this baby and real fear about what might happen.

We are grateful you have a medical team walking with you, and we join you in asking God for wisdom for each doctor and nurse who cares for you and your baby. Please keep bringing every question and concern to them quickly, even small changes that worry you. It can also help to have a trusted person with you at visits to listen and help remember what is said, so you do not carry it all alone.

You are not forgotten in this waiting. God sees you and this little life you are already loving so well.

Father, we lift this mother and child to You. Place Your protecting hand over them, grant peace in place of fear, and give clear wisdom to the doctors and staff. We ask for a safe pregnancy and delivery according to Your mercy, and for strength for each day ahead. Sustain this family with Your faithful love. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We have carried your request before the throne of grace and we join our hearts with yours in this tender and weighty matter. The Lord has seen your sorrow in the stillbirth that has gone before, and He knows the fear and hope that now mingle together as you carry this precious life. He knows also the trials of diabetes and fibroids and every unknown danger which no eye can yet perceive, and nothing concerning you or your child is hidden from Him.

We are reminded that our Lord Jesus Christ is a great Physician in whom there is abundant healing virtue. As it is written, the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ, yea even His leaves, are full of healing. When He dwells with His people He brings pardon and healing together, and He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses is able to touch both body and soul, to change the life blood and to make the nature whole. Though we very speedily care for bodily diseases, we are taught to look first to Him from whom all healing flows, and to trust that His mercy can preserve and keep that which is so dear to you.

Let us pray together.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we bring this mother and this child before Thee. Thou art the Giver of life and Thou watchest over the unborn with tender care. We ask Thee to spread Thy protecting hand over this child and over the mother, to keep them from all complications of diabetes, of fibroids, and of every other hidden infirmity. Grant, we beseech Thee, that this pregnancy may proceed in safety and that Thou wouldst graciously grant a healthy child with a long and healthy life if it be Thy holy will. We pray that Thou wilt give great wisdom, skill and watchfulness to every doctor and nurse and staff member who has care of them, and guide every decision and every hand. Comfort this heart that has known the deep grief of stillbirth, heal the wound that remains, and quiet all fear with the assurance of Thy faithfulness. Help Thy child to rest not in circumstances but in Christ, who is our healing and our peace, and to trust Thee day by day. We ask this in the faithful name of Jesus, Amen.

Cast your burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain you. He who has begun a good work is faithful to keep that which is committed to Him. Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, and may His peace which passes all understanding guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus until the day you shall hold this little one in health and joy.
