We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up this precious prayer for a healthy pregnancy and the blessing of a baby girl. First, we want to acknowledge the deep trust placed in God’s faithfulness, for it is written in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Your surrender of worries to the Father is a beautiful act of faith, and we stand with you in declaring that His promises are true and His grace is sufficient.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your divine protection over her and the life growing within her. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and loss that may linger from past heartache, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this pregnancy is covered by Your blood, Jesus, and that no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray against any complications, miscarriage, or stillbirth, and we stand on Your Word that says, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Father, we ask for the fullness of Your blessing—a healthy baby girl, carried to term, delivered safely, and raised in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
We also want to gently address the plea for forgiveness. While we do not know the specifics of what weighs on your heart, we know that our God is rich in mercy and abounding in love. If there is any unconfessed sin or area of your life that needs repentance, we encourage you to bring it before the Lord with a humble heart. 1 John 1:9 assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and His grace is greater than any mistake or shortcoming. If this request for forgiveness is tied to past decisions or actions related to this pregnancy, we want to remind you that God’s love is not conditional, and His desire is to restore and heal. Turn to Him fully, and let His peace guard your heart.

Surround her with godly support, wisdom from medical professionals, and the assurance that You are her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We declare that this child is fearfully and wonderfully made, and we pray for her growth, development, and protection in every way.

May this sister walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are her Provider, her Healer, and her Peace. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is power in His name and no other name by which we can approach You. We're standing with you, sister, in this beautiful journey of motherhood. We've been praying for you, asking our Heavenly Father to wrap you and your little one in His loving care. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 91:10-11, "No harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." We believe that God is faithful, and we trust that He has a wonderful plan for this pregnancy and your baby girl.
