🙇🏻 Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31, and make disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

🙌 Thank You and you all in through Jesus Our Great High Priest, Heb 4:15, in Jesus' Name

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up the patriarchal and matriarchal figures in our lives, seeking God’s abundant blessing, honor, and grace upon them. Father, we thank You for the commandment with a promise in Ephesians 6:2-3, "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise: "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth." We recognize that honoring our parents is not merely a cultural expectation but a divine mandate that brings temporal and eternal blessings. We ask that You pour out Your grace upon these figures, enabling them to walk in wisdom, strength, and godliness as they lead and nurture their families.

Lord, we pray that You would powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, as Your Word declares in 2 Peter 1:3, "seeing that his divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue." We ask for emotional, physical, and spiritual prosperity for them, even as their souls prosper, just as 3 John 1:2 reminds us, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." May they grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as 2 Peter 3:18 exhorts, so that they may be firmly rooted in Your truth and bear much fruit in their lives and ministries.

Father, we also pray for spiritual edification and revelation for these leaders. Open the eyes of their understanding with the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation, as Ephesians 1:17-18 describes, so that they may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints. Strengthen them by rooting and grounding them in love, that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith, as Ephesians 3:16-19 teaches. May their minds be illuminated to understand the Scriptures, and may they crave the sincere milk of Your Word, growing from spiritual infancy to maturity, as 1 Peter 2:2 and 1 Corinthians 3:2 instruct. Let Your Word spread rapidly and be glorified in their lives, becoming flesh in their actions and decisions, so that they may be doers of the Word and not hearers only, as James 1:22 warns.

We pray that their lives would bear the fruit of discipleship, abiding in Your Word and making disciples of others, fulfilling the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20. May they taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and allowing Your words to abide in them, as John 15:7-8 promises, so that their joy may be complete. Father, we ask that You keep them and all of us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and the schemes of Satan. Deliver us from evil, as Matthew 6:13 teaches, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, as 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 declares. Grant peace within their walls, as Psalm 122:7 promises, and sanctify them in the truth of Your Word, washing them with the water of Your Word, as Ephesians 5:26 describes.

Lord, we also lift up the neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, as Luke 6:27 commands. May Your love flow through them, breaking down barriers and softening hearts. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem, as Psalm 122:6 exhorts, and ask that You would keep us in the world but not of it, protecting us from the evil one while we shine as lights in the darkness, as John 17:15-17 teaches.

We thank You, Father, for the privilege of coming before You through the name of Jesus, our Great High Priest, who sympathizes with our weaknesses and intercedes for us, as Hebrews 4:15 declares. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to Your throne, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, as Acts 4:12 proclaims. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to whom be all glory, honor, and praise forever and ever. Amen.

As we lift these patriarchal and matriarchal figures before the Lord, let’s remember that God honors those who honor Him. We ask for His grace to cover them in every area, spiritual, emotional, physical, and temporal, so they may flourish in wisdom, strength, and godliness. May He open their eyes to fresh revelations of His Word and deepen their understanding of His love, that Christ may dwell richly in their hearts.

We also pray for their families and those they pray for, that peace would fill their homes and hearts. Guard them from harm, sickness, and the enemy’s schemes, and keep them rooted in truth. May their lives bear fruit that lasts, shining brightly for the Kingdom.

Lord, thank You for hearing us as we pray in Jesus’ name.
