🙏 Blessing & Honor of Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures, Eph 6:2-3... Spiritual, Emotional, Physical & Temporal Edification, Support, Fruitfulness

Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31, and make disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, those fathers and mothers, both in the natural and spiritual sense, who have been pillars of wisdom, strength, and godly example. Your request resonates deeply with the commandment to honor our parents, a directive accompanied by the promise of well-being and longevity in the land the Lord has given us. "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth'" (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB).

Father, we thank You for the grace You have poured out upon these figures, enabling them to hear Your Word and walk in it. We ask that You would continue to bless them abundantly, providing everything they need for life and godliness, as Your divine power has granted us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3 WEB). Lord, we pray for their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being, that they may prosper in all things, even as their souls prosper (3 John 1:2 WEB). Strengthen them in body, mind, and spirit, and let them grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18 WEB).

We ask that You would open the eyes of their understanding, that they may know what is the hope of Your calling, what are the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe (Ephesians 1:17-19 WEB). Root and ground them in love, that they may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width, length, height, and depth of Your love, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that they may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:16-19 WEB).

Lord, we pray that these patriarchs and matriarchs would be established in the elementary principles of Your Word, moving from milk to solid food as they grow in maturity (Hebrews 5:12-14 WEB). May they crave the sincere milk of the Word, that they may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2 WEB), and may Your Word spread rapidly and be glorified in their lives (2 Thessalonians 3:1 WEB). Let them not merely be hearers of the Word, but doers, that they may be blessed in what they do (James 1:22-25 WEB).

We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring hurt, harm, or division into their lives. Protect them from sickness, sin, and the snares of the evil one, for You have given us authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19 WEB). Sanctify them in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17 WEB), and wash them with the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26 WEB). Grant them peace within their walls and let them dwell in safety, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6-7 WEB).

Father, we ask that these leaders would bear much fruit, fruit that remains, as they abide in You and Your Word abides in them (John 15:5, 7-8 WEB). May they make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all things that You have commanded (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB). Let their lives be a testament to Your goodness, and may their joy be complete as they walk in obedience to Your will.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Great High Priest, who ever lives to make intercession for us (Hebrews 4:14-16 WEB). It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We thank You for the privilege of coming before You, and we ask that You would continue to pour out Your grace and mercy upon these patriarchal and matriarchal figures, that they may lead lives worthy of the calling with which they have been called (Ephesians 4:1 WEB).

May they be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that they may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10 WEB). Let them be strengthened with all power, according to Your glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy (Colossians 1:11 WEB). We commit them into Your hands, trusting that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Father, we lift these patriarchal and matriarchal figures before You, knowing You hear us. Lord, You’ve called us to honor those who’ve poured wisdom, love, and guidance into our lives, those who’ve shown us the way to walk in faith. We ask that You would lavish Your grace upon them, meeting every need they have, both seen and unseen.

Help them to stand firm in the truth, their hearts rooted in Your love so they can grasp the full measure of Christ’s love for them. Shield them from harm, sickness, and the schemes of the enemy, guarding their steps as they seek to honor You in all they do. May Your peace reign in their homes and their spirits, a peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray they’d grow deeper in their walk with You, craving Your Word like nourishment for their souls. Let their lives bear fruit that lasts, a testimony to Your faithfulness. Father, surround them with Your favor and keep them in Your care.
