🙇🏻 Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31, and make disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

🙌 Thank You and you all in through Jesus Our Great High Priest, Heb 4:15, in Jesus' Name

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the biblical command to honor our fathers and mothers, as it is written, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth'" (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB). This honor extends to those patriarchal and matriarchal figures in our lives who have guided us, nurtured us, and set godly examples before us. We lift them up before You, Father, asking that You pour out Your blessings upon them, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and temporally.

Lord, we thank You for the grace You have given to share Your Word with these figures, enabling them to hear and receive it (Mark 4:33 WEB). We pray that You would powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, as Your divine power has granted us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of You (2 Peter 1:3 WEB). Grant them emotional and bodily health, and let them prosper even as their souls prosper (3 John 1:2 WEB). May they grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18 WEB), being established in the foundational doctrines of the faith (Hebrews 6:1-3 WEB) and maturing in love for You and others (Ephesians 4:15 WEB).

Open the eyes of our understanding, Holy Spirit, that we may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:17-18 WEB). Strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith (Ephesians 3:16-19 WEB). Open our minds to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45 WEB) and crave the sincere milk of Your Word, that we may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2 WEB). Help us to move from milk to solid food, maturing in our faith (1 Corinthians 3:2 WEB), and let Your Word spread rapidly and be glorified (2 Thessalonians 3:1 WEB).

May we not merely be hearers of the Word but doers, receiving it with meekness and allowing it to take root in our lives (James 1:21-22 WEB). Let this result in abiding communion with You, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit (1 John 1:1-3 WEB), bearing the fruit of discipleship as we continue in Your Word (John 8:31 WEB) and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB). May we taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us (John 15:7-8 WEB), making our joy complete (John 15:24 WEB).

We ask that You keep these patriarchal and matriarchal figures, and all of us, from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and Satan (Matthew 6:13 WEB). Rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 WEB), especially those who may seek to harm or oppose the love we are called to show (Luke 6:27 WEB). Grant peace within their walls (Psalm 122:7 WEB) as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6 WEB). Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one (John 17:15 WEB), sanctifying us in the truth of Your Word (John 17:17 WEB) and washing us with the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26 WEB).

Father, we acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ, our Great High Priest (Hebrews 4:15 WEB), that we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB). May Your will be done in our lives and in the lives of those we lift up before You. Strengthen us to walk in obedience, love, and truth, that we may bring glory to Your name. Amen.

Lord, we lift up these patriarchal and matriarchal figures before You, asking that You would shower them with Your grace and favor. May they feel deeply loved and honored in the roles You’ve called them to, especially as spiritual leaders in their families and communities. Grant them wisdom beyond their years, patience in teaching, and a heart that overflows with Your truth.

We pray for hearts that are tender toward You, that they would hunger for Your Word and find their greatest joy in knowing and serving You. Protect them from discouragement, weariness, or the enemy’s attacks, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen them in body, mind, and spirit so they can continue to pour into others just as You have poured into them.

Father, we ask that their lives would be marked by fruitfulness, fruit that remains for Your kingdom. May they see Your hand at work in their lives and in the lives of those they love. Thank You for the gift of these figures in our lives. Cover them in Your love, and let their legacy be one of faith, hope, and love that endures for generations.

In Jesus’ name, we pray.
