Forgetting what lies behind and Moving Forward towards what is ahead, Phil 3:13-14, Protection… Help in Time of Need, Heb 4:16…

Jesus, thank You for saying, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted," Mt 5:4. Thank You The Spirit of The LORD still binds up the brokenhearted, Isa 61:1. Asking You do me a favor -- Keep me from those who profess to know God but by their deeds deny him, Tit 1:16, have a form of Godliness but deny its power, help me avoid such people as this, 2 Tim 3:5. Heal my heart, Isa 61:1, and mind, Isa 1:5-6 and show Yourself strong, 2 Chron 16:9. Help me forget the things that are behind (in a healthy way) in order to move ahead, Phil 3:13, even toward the upward call, Phil 3:14. Give me wisdom Col 4:12, and direction Prov 3:5-6, to know, Col 1:9, submit to and do Your will as Jesus did in the Garden, Mt 26:39, Mk 14:36, Lk 22:42.

Jesus, You said "My sheep hear my voice" Jn 10:27. Lead me by The Holy Spirit through any and every means to know, submit to and DO Your will, Rom 8:14. Keep me from lies, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil people and imposters, 2 Thes 3:2, 2 Tim 3:14, temptation, Lk 11:4, temptation and the evil one, Mt 6:13, again, and the evil one, Jn 17:5, Jn 8:44, Rev 12:9, Rev 12:12, Rev 12:17. We hear your heartfelt cry for healing, wisdom, and protection as you seek to walk closely with the Lord. Your prayer reflects a deep desire to align with God’s will, to be comforted in mourning, and to move forward in His strength. We stand with you in agreement, lifting these petitions before the throne of grace.

You have rightly acknowledged the blessing of mourning, for Jesus Himself declared, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" (Matthew 5:4). The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We pray that His healing touch would restore every wounded place in your heart and mind, as Isaiah 61:1 proclaims: "The Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound." May the oil of gladness replace every trace of sorrow, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Your request for wisdom and discernment is vital, especially in a world where many claim to know God but deny Him by their actions (Titus 1:16). We join you in praying that the Lord would fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding (Colossians 1:9). May you be led by the Holy Spirit, who guides into all truth (John 16:13), and may your steps be ordered by the Lord (Psalm 37:23). As you seek to forget what lies behind and press forward (Philippians 3:13-14), we pray that God would reveal His perfect will for your life, just as Jesus surrendered to the Father’s plan in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:39).

You have rightly emphasized the importance of hearing and obeying the voice of Jesus, for His sheep know His voice and follow Him (John 10:27). We pray that you would be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading, walking in step with Him each day (Galatians 5:25). Guard your heart against deception, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). We rebuke every lie, temptation, and snare of the evil one in your life, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also encourage you to remain steadfast in fellowship with believers who uphold the truth of God’s Word and live out their faith in sincerity. As 2 Timothy 3:5 warns, there are those who have a form of godliness but deny its power, avoid such people. Instead, surround yourself with those who spur you on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister who seeks Your face. Lord, You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. We ask that You would pour out Your comfort upon them, soothing every place of pain and sorrow. Heal their heart and mind, restoring them fully to Your peace and joy.

Father, grant them wisdom and discernment as they navigate life’s decisions. Fill them with the knowledge of Your will, and lead them by Your Spirit into all truth. Help them to forget what lies behind and press forward toward the upward call in Christ Jesus. Strengthen them to resist temptation, stand firm against deception, and walk in obedience to Your voice.

Protect them from those who would lead them astray, and surround them with godly fellowship. May they be a light in this dark world, reflecting Your love and truth. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every snare of the enemy is broken in Jesus’ name.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave nor forsake us. We trust in You, our Refuge and Strength, and we commit this brother/sister into Your loving hands. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We understand you're carrying a heavy heart right now, and we want you to know we're lifting you up in prayer. It’s not easy when we’re mourning or feeling overwhelmed by the things of this world that can distract us from God’s truth. We pray that the Lord would wrap His arms around you, bringing real comfort and peace to every place that feels broken. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted, and He longs to heal us.

It’s so important to keep our focus on Him, especially when life gets confusing or when people around us don’t reflect His love as they should. Ask God to give you clear direction and wisdom as you seek to follow Him wholeheartedly. Let’s ask Him to help you forget what’s behind in a healthy way, so you can move forward with faith, trusting that He has a good plan for your future.

May the Holy Spirit guard your heart and mind, protecting you from lies and drawing you closer to Jesus each day. We pray you’d hear His voice clearly and feel His strength as you surrender to His will.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch to mend every hurt, Your wisdom to guide every step, and Your protection over this precious heart. Lead us closer to You, Jesus, and keep us steady in Your truth. In Your name we pray.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
