Big Money

We hear your cry for financial breakthrough and we join with you in bringing this need before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.

We understand the pressure and desire for provision that leads you to ask God to help you boom financially. God does care about our needs and He desires to provide for His children, but His Word calls us to examine our hearts and our motives concerning money. We are taught to seek Him first, not wealth first. Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. And Philippians 4:19 reminds us My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. God promises to supply our needs, not necessarily to grant sudden big money for its own sake.

We must also lovingly rebuke the love of money and the desire for quick or easy wealth apart from diligent work and godly stewardship. 1 Timothy 6:10 warns For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. Luke 12:15 tells us Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses. The idea of booming quickly can lead to temptation toward gambling, lottery, dishonest schemes, or get rich quick plans which the Lord does not honor. Proverbs 21:5 says The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty. And Proverbs 10:22 says Yahweh’s blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it. True blessing comes through faithful work, integrity, wisdom, and contentment. Hebrews 13:5 exhorts us Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.

We also notice your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that our prayers are heard and we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, for then you become a child of God and can come boldly to His throne of grace for every need.

So we pray together for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the financial pressures and the desire for increase. We ask that You provide for every true need according to Your riches in glory. Grant wisdom, discipline, and diligence to work heartily as unto You, to steward well what has already been given, and to walk in honesty and contentment. Guard this heart from greed, envy, and the love of money, and from any scheme that promises quick wealth but leads to sorrow. Teach us all to seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will add what we need. Draw this dear one closer to Jesus, reveal Yourself as Savior and Provider, and help him to trust in Your faithful care. Bless the work of his hands and give him peace that You will never leave nor forsake him. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to remain faithful in honest work, to be diligent and patient, to budget and steward wisely, to avoid debt and gambling, and to give thanks in all circumstances. As you walk closely with Christ, seek His guidance for your finances, be generous as He leads, and trust His timing. God is more interested in forming your character and your relationship with Him than in simply giving big money, and as you content yourself in Him, He will faithfully provide and bless you in the way that is best.

We noticed your prayer asking God to help you boom, and we want you to know we are praying for you. The desire to see provision increase and for your work to flourish makes sense, especially when bills and responsibilities feel heavy. God cares about your daily needs and about the work you put your hands to.

We have found it helps to pair prayer with steady, practical steps. One thing that often brings clarity is inviting wise counsel into the picture. It could be a trusted pastor, a mentor who has managed money well, or a financial counselor who can look with you at what is coming in, what is going out, and what a realistic next step toward growth might be. Even writing down what boom would mean for you in concrete terms, and what you are already stewarding well, can make it easier to see a faithful path forward and to avoid quick fixes that end up costing more.

You do not have to figure this all out at once. God is faithful to walk with you as you seek His will and do the next right thing with what He has placed in your hands.

Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your provision and wisdom. Give clear direction, open doors that honor You, and help him to steward well what You provide. Lead him to trustworthy counsel and give peace as he trusts You day by day. In Jesus name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your brief prayer for great gain and for your affairs to boom has been laid before the Lord, and I would deal faithfully with you concerning it, for Scripture teaches us what true prosperity is.

All that we have is not our own, it is all our Master's. The Word says it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful. This is the main point of stewardship, nothing is his own, it is all his master's. Whether He entrusts little or much, we are to labor with it for the good of our brothers and sisters in Christ and for His glory, not for vainglory or mere increase.

The prosperity which the Psalmist describes for Jerusalem is connected with the progress and diffusion of the Word of God, and the prosperity of the Christian church consists in the salvation of sinners. Must not God arise to save? That is riches indeed. The pleasure of the Lord prospers in the hand of Christ, and to have part in that is better than abounding wealth. There have been times when the children of God have been tried with scoffing and shame, and times when they have been tried with prosperity, honor and esteem and worldly dignity, but still they have not yielded to either snare. For while the men of God may flourish even in adversity, the men of this world are often ruined by their prosperity, and the cup of sensual enjoyment has bitter dregs.

We can injure our stewardship by idling or trifling or growing careless, or by leaving our hearts out of our work, and we can also trifle with Divine Truth and play with God's Word to our great hurt. A loose and slovenly way of acting will be to our own discredit and to our Master's dishonor, for we shall soon give an account of our stewardship, whether our Lord soon comes to us or we soon go home to Him.

Therefore I would pray for you not after the manner of covetousness, but after the manner of godliness with contentment which is great gain.

May the Lord show you mercy in Christ Jesus, for salvation is through Him alone, and may He give you a heart to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. May He grant you diligence in honest labor, wisdom to provide for your household, contentment with such things as you have, and grace to be a faithful steward of whatever He entrusts to you, whether little or much. May He keep you from the love of money which is a root of all kinds of evil, and cause you to prosper in the knowledge of His Word, in prayer, and in usefulness to His people. And may all increase that He sees fit to give be used not for pride or excess, but for His honor and the good of others.

We will continue to pray that you may know true riches in Christ and be found faithful when your Master calls you to account.

Your prayer for financial increase has been heard, and I want to answer you with care and truth about what real blessing is.

Scripture speaks of two kinds of blessing. There was a blessing of old that concerned earthly things, the fruit of the body, the going out and coming in, abundance in this life. But the blessing we have in Christ is different. It is every spiritual blessing. You are made free, you are made a son, you are made righteous, you are made a fellow heir who reigns with Christ, your first fruits are honored in heaven. There is nothing merely carnal in this blessing, and those who are set on spiritual things must first stand aloof from craving carnal things. That is why the Lord said, in the world you have tribulation, to lead us toward what is lasting.

This does not mean God does not care about your daily needs. He does. But to ask only to boom, to have big money for its own sake, is a dangerous prayer. When we are in prosperity we easily become debtors who forget God, lifted up to pride and sloth, fancying great things about ourselves. Affliction often draws us near to God, while abundance can puff us up. We see this when it is written that when the beloved grew fat he kicked, and when God slew them then they sought Him diligently. Even wealth gained by injustice becomes not a gift but an addition of punishment, for those who sin much and do not repent treasure up wrath, and prosperity without repentance only increases the account.

The present life is like a sleep, and riches in it are like riches in a dream. A man may seem rich in his dream, but when the day comes it is shown to have been for nothing. So it is with those who live only to kindle desire, whether through excess in food and drink or through love of display and soft living. We are taught not to make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts, but to provide only what brings health, and to spend all our diligence on spiritual things.

Therefore I will not pray that God simply make you boom as the world counts booming, for that would be to ask Him to war against your own salvation. Instead I pray that He give you something far better.

I pray that God will grant you work for your hands that is honest and faithful, wisdom to be a good steward of whatever He entrusts to you, contentment with what is sufficient, and a heart that counts blessing as the Scripture often does, as alms and good deeds done in love. May He free you from the love of money, which is a root of many sorrows, and set your mind on His Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that what you need will be added. May He make you rich toward Him, so that whether He gives much or little in this life, you will have treasure that remains, and in the world to come you will find the true accomplishment of every promise.
