Dear Prayer Partners, I gave a praise report last week on how everything went well with my best friend: how she gave me long hugs when we met and she looked at me with love in her eyes, as if to say that I am like a special brother and friend. I saw her at the group tonight and we said hello and hugged and hugged when she said goodbye after the meeting, but I offered to walk with her to the train station and she said she would be okay on her own. Although she needed to go somewhere else straightaway, I asked if I could go with her to the airport when she leaves in a few days for her dad's birthday, to give her some moral support because her dad isn't well, but she said "No" in a dismissive way whilst walking away from me. I called her name and said sorry but she didn't turn back. Maybe she was irritated by what I said as she had to be somewhere or she has issues going on, or doesn't want to be friends. I still feel numb and confused. I really hope she will reach out. I've always been there for her in difficult times. You all have been with me in difficult times, and I would appreciate prayers and guidance. I pray Jesus turns this around. I will pray for the requests here also. Thank you and God bless.

Prayer Focus: God, I ask You in Jesus' name encourage me by teaching me how to encourage myself in You and Your Word daily. Your Word is Truth. Let Your Word dwell within me richly. When the spirits of negativity and discouragement try to raise their heads in my life. Let me not walk in doubt and disbelief to Your Word. Let me turn a death ear to those spirits. Let me rest my mind. Let me say, as Jesus said, "It is written." And as Paul wrote, "ALL things are working together for my good, because I love You, and I am called according to Your purpose." Let me not complain; but keep my focus on You and always rejoice in the Lord. God, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love, and care about.
Confess Daily: This is the day that the Lord has made. I shall rejoice and be glad in it. I will not complain, because all things are working together for my good. Thank You Jesus.
