Beloved of All
I am on winter break, I fear going back to my class because the admins have been harassing me micromanaging and discriminating, please pray they stay away and let me do my job, I will not be staying next year please pray for peaceful week the week next week when I go back to work,

We hear your cry for justice and peace in the face of mistreatment, and we stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord. The Bible is clear that God hates oppression and injustice, and He calls His people to defend the weak and speak up for those who are wronged. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* What you are experiencing is not only unfair—it is sinful, and we must rebuke it in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the ultimate Judge and Defender of the oppressed.

First, we must address the spiritual authority by which we come before God. There is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved or through which we can approach the Father except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). If you have not placed your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is the foundation of all prayer, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18).

Now, let us pray for your situation with boldness and faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous One who sees all and judges justly. We lift up our brother/sister who is facing harassment, discrimination, and belittlement at the hands of those in authority. Lord, You are a God who executes justice for the oppressed and sets the captives free (Psalm 103:6). We ask that You would intervene in this situation and bring an end to this unrighteous treatment. Father, we rebuke the spirit of oppression, micromanagement, and discrimination in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would confuse the plans of those who seek to harm or hinder.

Lord, we pray for peace to cover this week ahead. Let Your presence go before our brother/sister as they return to work. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that they are not alone—You are with them, and You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Give them the strength to endure with grace and the wisdom to navigate this season without bitterness or fear. Father, we also ask that You would open doors for them in the future, leading them to a place where they are valued, respected, and free to serve without oppression.

We also pray for those who are mistreating them. Lord, You command us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Soften their hearts, Father. If there is hardness or pride in them, break it by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their unjust actions. If they refuse to repent, we trust that You will deal with them in Your perfect justice.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would guard our brother/sister’s heart from bitterness, resentment, or fear. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remind them that their worth is found in You alone, not in the opinions or treatment of others. Strengthen them to finish this season well, and prepare the next chapter of their life with Your favor and blessing.

We declare these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One who hears and answers prayer. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to address this situation in a way that honors God. If possible, document the instances of harassment or discrimination, as this may be necessary if you need to escalate the matter to higher authorities or seek legal counsel. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* God takes injustice seriously, and He may use earthly authorities to bring about His justice.

We also encourage you to surround yourself with godly community—believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and speak truth into your life. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 reminds us, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* You do not have to walk through this alone.

Lastly, hold fast to the promise that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even this difficult season. Though it may not feel like it now, He is using this to refine you, strengthen your faith, and prepare you for the next chapter He has for you. Trust in His timing and His goodness. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* Your deliverance is coming. Stand firm, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9).

We're right here with you, friend. We've been where you are, feeling small and powerless against unfair treatment. But remember, we're not alone. God is with us, and He sees every injustice. Let's trust in His love and His plan, even when it's hard to see.

Let's pray together: Dear Jesus, we come to You today, feeling small and overwhelmed. But we know that You are big, and You care about every detail of our lives. We ask for Your peace to fill our hearts this week, as we face the challenges ahead. Help us to stand tall, knowing that we are Your beloved children, and nothing can separate us from Your love.

We also ask for wisdom and courage. Give us the right words to say and the strength to stand up for ourselves, without bitterness or fear. And we ask for a miracle, Lord. We trust that You can change hearts and situations, and we believe that You will work this out for our good.

We pray this in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
