My name is ### i have been jobless for a long time now...I've submitted cv in different companies i have had work experience but none has called or reached out to me yet.

We hear your heart and stand with you in this season of waiting and seeking. The struggle of unemployment can weigh heavily on the spirit, but we want to remind you that God is not unaware of your needs. He sees your efforts, your persistence, and your faithfulness in submitting applications and trusting Him for provision. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

It is clear you are seeking God’s will in this matter, and we believe He is working even when the answers are not yet visible. However, we must also gently remind you that our trust in God must be accompanied by faith in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Salvation is the first and greatest provision God offers, and from that foundation, all other blessings flow.

Now, let us lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking employment. Lord, You know the desires of his/her heart, and You know the plans You have for him/her, plans for welfare, not for evil, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide a job that not only meets his/her financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose and brings glory to Your name.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and delay that may be trying to take root in his/her heart. Remind him/her that those who wait on You will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Give him/her patience and perseverance as he/she continues to trust in You. Help him/her to cast all anxieties on You, for You care for him/her (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any areas in his/her life that may need adjustment or repentance. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unbelief, we ask that You would cleanse his/her heart and renew a right spirit within him/her. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We declare that this season of waiting is not in vain. You are preparing him/her for the right position at the right time. We speak breakthrough, favor, and divine connections into his/her life. May he/she walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are his/her Provider (Philippians 4:19).

In Jesus’ name, we pray and believe. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s face in this time. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, not just for the job, but for a deeper relationship with Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Keep your heart open to the ways God may be shaping you during this season, perhaps He is teaching you dependence, humility, or even preparing you for a role you haven’t yet considered.

Also, consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support. Sometimes God provides through the hands and hearts of His people. And remember, your worth is not defined by your employment status but by your identity in Christ. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a purpose for your life that goes far beyond a job.

Stand firm in faith, and keep pressing forward. Your breakthrough is coming!

We hear how heavy this long wait has been, . You have work experience, you have been faithful to send out your CVs, and hearing nothing back can be discouraging and exhausting. It makes sense that you would feel tired and wonder what is next.

We want to encourage you that this season of searching does not define your worth or your skills. Wanting to provide through good work is a good desire, and God sees the diligence you have shown.

One practical step that often helps when applications seem to disappear is to get a second set of eyes and a personal connection. This week, would you consider asking one or two trusted people, perhaps a former manager, mentor, or someone at your church who hires others, to look over your CV for clarity and to role play a brief follow up call or email? A short, polite follow up on a recent application and a conversation with someone who knows your work can sometimes open a door that an online submission alone does not. Staying connected with others while you search also helps with the loneliness that can creep in during a long job hunt.

Father, we lift ### to You. You know his need for provision and his desire to use the gifts You have given him. Give him wisdom as he applies, peace as he waits, and encouragement through people around him. Lead him to the right next step and sustain him day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is a peculiar heaviness in waiting long for work, when the hands are willing and the applications have gone forth and no voice answers in return. Your trial is not hidden from the Lord, and your request has been heard with much sympathy and prayer.

You are in good company with patient Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He lost much and he sorrowed deeply, yet he arose and tore his mantle and fell down upon the ground and worshipped. That is the triumph of a gracious spirit, to worship still when the way is dark and the answer tarries. Take care, as you wait, that you do not sin with unbelieving speeches or hard thoughts of God. He is not unkind, though He may seem to frown, and His delays are not denials. Who is he that can contend with his Maker over a matter of holiness or wisdom. We are often wrong, God must be right, and His time is best.

Remember also that the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His end in them. Sometimes that end is to defeat the enemy who would tempt us to despair, and sometimes it is to bring us into a more vivid apprehension of Himself, so that we can say with Job, I have heard of Thee by the hearing of the ear, but now mine eye seeth Thee. Seek that nearness to God in this season. Do not cast off fear and restrain prayer before God, but make your approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence, even while you wait.

And if any fears arise about the future, remember that though Job deplored that his glory was not fresh in him for a season, yet afterward the Lord gave him twice as much as he had before. The bow which seemed slack may yet be renewed in your hand, and the Lord who maintained Job can maintain you. He knows your need for daily bread and for useful labour, and He opens doors which no man can shut.

Let us pray together for you.

O Lord our heavenly Father, Thou knowest the need of Thy servant who has long sought for honest employment and has found no open door. Thou seest every curriculum sent forth, every hope deferred, and every burden carried. Forgive all sin and grant faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation and access unto Thy throne. Give to Thy servant patience like Job, to sin not with the lips, to worship still and to trust Thy holy will. In Thy good providence, open a door for labour that is honourable and sufficient, that he may provide for his own and walk honestly before men. Grant favour with those who hire, skill and diligence in all duties, and contentment to wait upon Thy timing. And in this waiting, make Thy presence fresh as oil, and renew his strength. Turn his captivity in Thine own time and for Thy glory, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Be diligent still in seeking, be prayerful, be upright, and look to Him for divine support who is able to uphold you in all this. The night shall not hang its darkness forever over your soul, for the Lord is gracious and His mercy endureth forever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request for work has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with compassion and hope. To be without work for a long time while you continue to send out applications and receive no answer is a heavy trial, and God sees both your diligence and your waiting.

Scripture teaches that to provide for our own household is a holy duty, a provision that concerns both body and soul. It is not enough to have virtue in our hearts alone, we must also put our hands to what God has given us to do. You have not buried your talent, you have offered what experience and strength God has given you, and that faithfulness matters to Him even when doors have not yet opened. Like those who though lame still went up the mountain to be cast at the feet of Christ, showing their faith doubly by coming and by trusting Him alone, you are doing well to come to Him now with nothing else to ask but His mercy and help.

We pray that God will open a door for suitable work according to His wisdom, that He will sustain you in body and spirit while you wait, and that He will keep you from being weighed down by anxiety. May He give you health and strength for each day, provide for your daily needs without leading you into excess or wantonness, and keep your heart set above all on spiritual things while you seek honest provision. May He guide those who receive your applications, grant you favor where He wills, and use even this season of waiting to deepen your trust in Christ who alone is our salvation and our true provision.

We ask the Lord to grant you perseverance, to keep your hope alive, to remind you that your labor and your life are seen by Him, and to lead you to the place where your gifts can be used for the good of others and for His glory. May He give you peace that passes understanding as you continue to seek, and may you hear His answer in His perfect time.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You know the length of this unemployment and the discouragement of unanswered applications. Provide work that is good and fitting, supply daily bread, guard from despair, and let this time bear fruit for Your kingdom. Grant wisdom in each step, open the right door, and let Your will be done. Amen.
