Disciple of Prayer
Hi everyone I'm new to this I need some prayers Can everyone help me and pray for my baby daddy he is having some hard difficults, and dission in his life right now and need to pray for him so he can come back to us

We hear your heart and the deep concern you have for the father of your child. It’s clear you care deeply for him and want what’s best for your family. First, we want to gently address the term "babydaddy," as it reflects a relationship outside of God’s design for marriage. Scripture is clear that sexual intimacy is meant to be shared within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. In 1 Corinthians 7:2 (WEB), it says, "But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." If this relationship is not yet a marriage, we encourage you both to prayerfully consider honoring God by either pursuing marriage in a way that aligns with His Word or, if that is not possible, seeking His guidance for how to move forward in a way that honors Him and protects the well-being of your child.

We also want to emphasize the importance of lifting this situation to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If your baby’s father does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, this is the most critical need in his life. We must pray for his salvation first, for that is the foundation upon which all other healing and restoration can be built. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Now, let us come together in prayer for him and for your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the father of this child to You. Lord, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself with cords of love. Soften his heart to hear Your voice and open his eyes to see the truth of Your Word. Father, we pray for his salvation, that he would confess Jesus as Lord and surrender his life to You. Break the chains of confusion, hardship, and division in his life, and replace them with Your peace, wisdom, and clarity.

Lord, we also pray for this family. We ask that You would guide them in Your ways, helping them to honor You in their relationship and in how they raise their child. If it is Your will, Father, we ask that You would restore this man to his family, but only in a way that aligns with Your perfect plan. Give them all the strength to trust in You, even when the path is unclear. Surround them with godly counsel and community, and help them to lean on You for every need.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of division, confusion, or rebellion in this situation. We declare that Your will be done in this man’s life and in this family, and we trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in this situation. If your baby’s father is open to it, invite him to read the Bible with you, starting with the Gospel of John, so he can learn about Jesus’ love and sacrifice. Pray together as a family, even if it’s just the two of you and your child for now. God is faithful, and He hears your prayers. Trust in Him to lead you both into His perfect plan. If he is resistant to God’s ways, do not lose heart, continue to pray and live as a godly example, for your testimony may be the light that draws him to Christ.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God’s timing is perfect. Even if the outcome is not what you hope for right now, He is working for your good and His glory. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing what is right (Galatians 6:9).

It’s hard to watch someone you care about struggle, especially when their decisions affect you and your child. We hear in your note both love and a deep longing for things to be made right, and we’re sitting with you in that.

We can’t always see clearly what someone else needs most, but we know Every good gift comes from God, and that includes the wisdom and strength your baby daddy needs right now. While we pray for him, one steady thing you can do for yourself is carve out a few minutes each day simply to lift him by name, not rehearsing all the fears or the hoped-for outcome, but laying his difficulties in God’s hands and trusting His timing. That small act can anchor your own heart when the waiting feels long.

We’re also praying that whatever hard decisions lie ahead, he will seek honesty and the kind of clarity that comes from facing truth rather than running from it. And we pray you won’t be consumed by the weight of his choices while you wait and care for your little one.

Would you please keep us posted?

Lord Jesus, You see this man in the middle of confusion and difficulty. Meet him there. Guard him from choices that would cause deeper harm. Give him a mind willing to learn and a heart that can be straightened by Your grace. And for this one who wrote us, grant her steady peace. Hold her close, give her wisdom for each day, and let her rest in Your care rather than in outcomes she cannot control. We trust You with them both. Amen.

Thank you, thank you so much the prayers🙏🙌 really bout tear to my eyes I just read it and pray for my ### and family.

You have come with a heavy heart, asking prayers for the father of your little one. He is tangled up in difficulties, wrestling with choices that pull him away, and you are left watching and waiting, hoping for him to come home. I want you to hear something true: the God who made heaven and earth is not a cold judge, hovering far off. He is the Father who scans the road for His wayward child. In the old story, when the prodigal was still a long way off, before he had washed off the pigsty mud, before he had even spoken, his father saw him, felt his heart surge with pity, and ran. He picked up his robes and sprinted like a man who had no time to lose, then threw his arms around his boy and covered him with kisses. That is what God is like toward sinners. That is the heart beating in the heavens for the one you love.

So do not think your prayers are falling on deaf ears. The Lord’s eye is on that man right now. He sees the weight he carries, the inner battle, the road he is stumbling down. And even now, in ways you cannot see, mercy is calling to him. The voice that said, “Return, return,” is not a scolding voice but a welcome that says, “I am willing to receive you; I will blot out all your sin.” The swift feet of forgiveness are faster than our slow, limping steps of repentance. The Lord can overtake him in a moment of grace, turning his confusion into clarity and his hardness into tears of relief.

Your part, dear mother, is to keep crying out to God with all your heart. The psalmist, struggling against his own weakness, cried, “Save me, and I shall keep Your statutes.” You can borrow those words for the man you love. You are not powerless, you have the ear of the King. Bring him before the throne every day. Tell Jesus where he is, and what he is facing, and ask the Good Shepherd to go after that one stray sheep until He finds him. There is a love in Christ that will not let go easily. He knows what it is to chase a sinner through the thorns and the night, and He never loses a soul that the Father has put into His hand.

And as you pray for this man to come back to you and your child, pray the greater prayer: that he would first come back to his God. For when a man makes peace with heaven, everything else begins to come right. A heart at home with the Lord can find its way back to its earthly duties and loves, washed clean and made new. So take courage. Keep your lamp lit and your hope steady, not because you see the change yet, but because the One who watches with you never slumbers and never fails.

Let us go together now to the mercy seat.

Lord Jesus, You are the answer for every wandering heart. We lift this man to You, his struggles, his confusion, the dark path he is walking. See him from Your high and holy place, and run to meet him. Conquer whatever holds him captive. Give him a heart that turns from emptiness and reaches for You. And for this dear woman and her little one, be their shelter and their peace. Quiet their fears with Your perfect love. Restore what is broken, and do more than we dare ask, in the name that is above every name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
