First, let’s address the foundation of all our relationships—our relationship with Christ. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to surrender this situation to Him, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and the wisdom we need. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Without Christ at the center, even the best intentions can feel misaligned.

Now, let’s pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your grace and wisdom to fill this workplace interaction. Lord, we lift up this brother and sister to You, asking that You would soften their hearts toward one another and remove any awkwardness or tension that exists between them. Father, we pray that You would grant them the ability to communicate with kindness, respect, and understanding. Help them to see one another through Your eyes, Lord, and to extend grace as You have extended grace to us. We ask that You would guard their hearts from any misunderstandings or offense, and instead, fill their interactions with Your peace.
