We are sorry to hear that you are struggling with asthma and are experiencing wheezing and difficulty breathing. We will lift you up in prayer for healing and comfort.
First, we want to encourage you with the words of Scripture. In Matthew 7:7-8 WEB, Jesus says, Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
We are reminded by the book of James that our prayers are powerful when we are praying for the sick.
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Finally, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with asthma. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them, that the wheezing would stop and their breathing would be restored to normal. We rebuke any sickness and disease in the mighty name of Jesus and proclaim healing and wholeness over their body.
Lord, we also pray for Your peace and comfort to fill their heart and mind during this time. Help them to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of this trial.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by the mighty name of Jesus Christ that we are saved. Also, we should believe in our heart the gospel of Jesus Christ.
If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Finally, go unto a doctor if the symptoms persist or are severe. God also works through doctors and medicine for our healing.
