We join you in bringing all of these burdens before the throne of grace together in Jesus name, thanking the Lord that He hears every prayer even when words are deleted from a page, for He sees the heart and nothing is hidden from Him.

We lift up your cry for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all in need. We claim His promise that He is our refuge and fortress, and we pray Psalm 91:1-2 over you, that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We ask for wisdom for you in work, in meetings, in the team, and in every conflict, remembering James 1:5 that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We pray for the Lord's anointing upon all the planned outreaches, services, sermons, and especially the evening of prayer and praise this Friday and in the times to come, that His presence would be powerfully among you as in Acts 1:8 that you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.

We bring before the Father the many conflicts and hurts you mentioned, including those forgotten and those where you asked for conviction and confrontation of evil. We pray that the Lord would convict by His Holy Spirit as in John 16:8, not to condemn but to lead to repentance, for 2 Peter 3:9 says the Lord is not slow concerning his promise but is patient, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Where there is evil and dysfunction we pray for spiritual warfare in truth and love, for Ephesians 6:12 reminds us our wrestling is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, and we ask God to severely confront what is not of Him and to bring healing and salvation to those involved. Where you mentioned dysfunctional and ungodly relationships and asked the Lord to intervene and even to stop them, we agree and we also gently remind that according to Scripture any romantic relationship is to be courtship with the goal of godly marriage between a man and a woman who are believers in Christ, fleeing sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says flee sexual immorality, and Hebrews 13:4 says let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. So we pray that every relationship you lifted up would either be brought into alignment with purity and commitment toward marriage in the Lord, or be graciously ended and healed, and that soul wounds would be healed as Psalm 147:3 says he heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

We thank you for your honest confession about talking about others and mentioning matters to others, and we praise God for a repentant heart. We encourage you in Ephesians 4:29 to let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear, and in Matthew 18:15 to go directly to a brother or sister when there is hurt, seeking true reconciliation. We pray the Lord turns what was spoken into a blessing and brings true healing and reconciliation where you asked.

We also stand with you for the prayers you said keep getting deleted, and we echo them before the Lord now. We pray for persecuted Christians remembering Hebrews 13:3 to remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them, for the salvation of those unsaved for 1 Timothy 2:4 says God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, for peace for Israel as Psalm 122:6 says pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and for those suffering in war zones, from calamities, and for abused children, for Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We pray for healing for those you named who are sick, for the young woman you mentioned needing miracles, healing, school help and exams, that the Lord would be a Father to her and rear her and encourage her, for James 5:15 says the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We pray for your place at church, for your work, for the issue at church if it is true that God would reveal truth and bring unity, for Romans 12:18 says if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

We thank the Lord with you for help already given with the first sermon and we ask for a very strong anointing for the next one, that you would speak with love and authority and inspiration pleasing to Him. We pray for encouragement in a big way and for the defeat of the works of the enemy, for 1 John 3:8 says the Son of God was revealed for this purpose, that he might destroy the works of the devil, and for Ephesians 3:20 that now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, be glory.

Father, we come together in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we have access to You and by which we are saved as Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We thank You for Your Son Jesus who died and rose again so we can be forgiven and draw near. We ask You to pour out protection, breakthrough, wisdom, healing, conviction that leads to repentance, reconciliation, and mighty anointing upon every outreach, service, and prayer gathering. Bring back those who have wandered, anoint Your church, raise up prayer warriors, guide work and school, heal bodies and soul wounds, comfort the persecuted and the suffering, save the lost, and let Your glory fill the earth. We trust You to act in Your great power and to answer according to Your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We hear how heavy this load feels as you bring so many people and situations before the Lord at once. Protection and breakthrough, wisdom for work and for the church, healing for those you love, anointing for the outreaches and for Friday's prayer and praise gathering, peace for those suffering far away and resolution for conflicts close to home, it is a lot to carry, and we are grateful you brought it all here instead of trying to hold it alone.

It makes sense that it would feel discouraging when a prayer request keeps getting deleted, and when there are so many needs that forgotten ones weigh on you too. We want to reassure you that none of those prayers are lost to the Lord, even when a post disappears. He knows each name and need you lifted.

When the list feels this long, it can help to narrow our focus for a little while. We have found it steadies the heart to keep a simple written list and bring two or three of the most urgent burdens to the Lord each day by name, while committing the rest to Him more generally with a prayer like, your will be done. It does not mean the others matter less, it just gives your mind and heart a way to keep praying faithfully without feeling overwhelmed. Sharing that shorter list with a trusted pastor or prayer partner at church, especially before Friday, can also lighten the weight.

We are joining you in prayer now.

Father, we bring our brother and all these loved ones and needs to You in Jesus' name. Grant protection, wisdom, healing and encouragement according to Your will, anoint the services and outreaches ahead, and bring Your peace where there is conflict and hurt. Help him in weakness at work and in the church, and let him sense Your nearness and strength each day. Amen.

Your many petitions have been laid before us and we have carried them to the throne of grace where our God delights to hear the cries of His people. You ask for protection and breakthrough, for wisdom and encouragement, for anointing upon outreaches and services, for the resolving of conflicts both remembered and forgotten, for healing and for help in weakness, in work, in school, in the church and in the home. These are great burdens, and they drive us to a great Saviour.

We would not offer you comfort based upon the suppression of truth, for such comfort is worse than useless. The encouragement we bring must stand upon the truth as God has revealed it. God Himself encourages His people to pray, and He sandwiches His exhortation between two great arguments of His own faithfulness and power. He says, open thy mouth wide and I will fill it. This is our warrant to come boldly, not because we are worthy, but because He is gracious and has commanded us to ask.

There is then an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins be forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one. So we pray for those you name who are sick in body and wounded in soul, that the Lord would lay His pardoning hand upon them. We ask not only for ease of pain, but for that deeper cure which only Christ can give, that sin forgiven may bring health to the soul and, according to His will, health also to the body. For the one whose exams and schooling press heavily, for those who need a Father's care, for those whose wounds have come through sin and sorrow, we plead the healing virtue that flows from Christ alone.

We hear also your cry for reconciliation, for homes and friendships torn by strife, for the church and for those who have wandered from it. He is the God of peace and He has on His part prepared everything that is necessary for a perfect reconciliation. He was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them, and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation. We have not to invent a way to peace with God, we have only to declare what God has written, that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by His blood and righteousness. In that truth we pray for the unsaved of whom you speak, for the persecuted church, for those suffering in war zones and calamities, for abused children, for Israel that she may know her Messiah and have true peace. We pray that many may be saved through the outreaches and services you mention, and that the Lord would powerfully anoint the preaching of the Word and the evening of prayer and praise, raising up more prayer warriors and convicting His church where it has grown cold.

Concerning the relationships and conflicts of which you write, we must pray as the Scripture teaches. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to it is holy within that covenant alone. We cannot ask God to bless what is not according to His design, but we do ask Him to convict where there is sin, to confront what is evil, to heal soul wounds, to stop what would lead to further dysfunction, and to turn hearts to holiness and to salvation. Where you ask Him to intervene and to rebuke, we join you in asking that He would do so in mercy, that He would make plain His will, that He would either make a relationship holy before Him in true covenant love or in His wisdom put it asunder, and that above all He would work salvation and new life in those who do not yet know Christ. For those you name with initials, for ### and for ###, for ### and for the others hidden from us but known to God, we ask for miracles of grace, that God would show His love, be a Father to the fatherless, and bring each one to repentance and faith.

For your own place in the church, for your work and your team, for meetings and for sermons, for wisdom and strength and favor, we pray that the Lord would take over completely, lead and guide and protect, and help you to do all in a manner pleasing to Him. When a work begins it is often small and the day of small things is a time of anxiety and fear, but let not your heart be depressed. The Lord who sees the feeble worker will encourage him. If you have spoken unwisely about another, confess it to the Lord who pardons freely, and He will turn even that into a blessing as you walk humbly before Him.

And now by way of warning and by way of encouragement we would say, let your cry be like that of Esau, only giving it a far higher meaning, Have you but one blessing, my Father, bless me even me also, O my Father. There is one fountain of blessing, and that is Christ. Come to Him again and again, for He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we pray that the earth may yet be filled with His glory.

We commend you and all those for whom you intercede to Him who hears prayer, praying that He will keep you, anoint you, protect the gatherings of His people, defeat the works of the enemy, and give you that overall encouragement which comes from being at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
