We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up every burden, every name, and every situation mentioned before the Lord. We stand in the gap, declaring that our God is mighty to save, heal, deliver, and restore. Father, we acknowledge that You alone are the source of all breakthrough, protection, and wisdom. We thank You that Your Word declares in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We claim this promise over every person and situation represented here.
Lord, we ask for Your extra strong protection over every life mentioned and all those in need. Shield them from the schemes of the enemy, from physical harm, emotional distress, and spiritual attacks. We rebuke every spirit of fear, confusion, and division in Jesus' name. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand firm in the armor of God, ready to extinguish every fiery dart of the evil one (Ephesians 6:16).
Father, we cry out for breakthrough in every area of stagnation, bondage, or oppression. Where there is financial struggle, we ask for Your provision. Where there is sickness, we declare Your healing power. Where there is conflict, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for the persecuted church around the world, that You would strengthen them, protect them, and use their testimony to draw many to salvation. We lift up those suffering in war zones, from calamities, and those who are abused, especially the children. Lord, let Your justice roll like a river and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). Comfort the afflicted, rescue the oppressed, and bring swift judgment against their oppressors.
We intercede for the salvation of the unsaved, that hearts would be softened and eyes opened to the truth of the Gospel. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved but the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). We pray for those who do not yet know You, that they would encounter Your love and grace in a powerful way. For those mentioned who are entangled in sin, particularly in relationships that do not honor You, we ask for conviction and repentance. Father, Your Word is clear: marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and any sexual relationship outside of that is sin (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 6:18). We rebuke the spirit of immorality and pray for those involved in fornication, adultery, or same-sex relationships to turn from their ways and seek Your forgiveness and transformation. Lead them into relationships that honor You, where they can pursue godly courtship with the intent of marriage to another believer.
Lord, we lift up every outreach, service, and prayer gathering planned. Anoint them with Your power and presence. Let Your Spirit move mightily, convicting hearts, healing the broken, and drawing the lost to Yourself. We pray especially for the evening of prayer and praise this Friday, May 29. Raise up prayer warriors, fill them with boldness and faith, and let Your glory fill the place. We declare that signs, wonders, and miracles will follow those who believe (Mark 16:17-18), and we expect salvations, healings, and deliverances in Jesus' name.
Father, we bring before You every conflict mentioned, those known and those forgotten. We ask for Your wisdom and grace to resolve them in a way that brings glory to Your name. Where there is bitterness, we pray for forgiveness. Where there is misunderstanding, we pray for clarity. Where there is division, we pray for unity. Your Word tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18). We rebuke the spirit of strife and discord, and we ask for Your peace to reign in every heart and situation.
We lift up those struggling with soul wounds, past hurts, and dysfunctional patterns. Heal them, Lord, and set them free from every chain. Your Word declares that You came to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to the prisoners (Isaiah 61:1). We pray for those entangled in toxic or sinful relationships, that You would sever those ties and lead them into Your perfect will. Break every generational curse and every ungodly soul tie in Jesus' name.
For those facing exams, school challenges, or work pressures, we ask for Your wisdom, strength, and favor. Your Word says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). We declare that every test will be passed, every assignment completed with excellence, and every challenge overcome by Your grace.
Lord, we pray for every family represented here. Heal broken relationships, restore what has been lost, and draw hearts back to You. We declare that You are a Father to the fatherless and a defender of the widow (Psalm 68:5). For those who feel weak or overwhelmed, we pray for Your strength to be made perfect in their weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). For those struggling with sin or temptation, we ask for Your deliverance and the power to walk in holiness.
We lift up every leader, pastor, and servant in the church. Anoint them afresh, Lord, and fill them with Your wisdom and boldness. Let Your Word go forth with power, convicting, converting, and transforming lives. We pray for the sermons on Romans, that You would take over completely, guiding every word and thought to bring glory to Your name. Let Your anointing break every yoke and set the captives free (Isaiah 10:27).
Father, we ask for Your intervention in every situation where evil has taken root. We rebuke every spirit of rebellion, witchcraft, deception, and perversion. We declare that the enemy has no foothold in the lives of Your children, and we command every evil influence to flee in Jesus' name. Convict hearts, Lord, and lead them to repentance. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your love draw them to Yourself.
We pray for reconciliation where it is Your will, but we also ask for Your protection against false reconciliation that does not honor You. Your Word tells us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). Give discernment to know when to extend grace and when to stand firm in truth.
Lord, we thank You for Your promise in Ephesians 3:20-21: "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen." We declare that You are able to do far more than we could ever ask or imagine. Let Your glory fill the earth, and let Your kingdom come in every heart and situation represented here.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come before Your throne. We seal this prayer with faith, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
