We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection, breakthrough, and guidance for you and all those in need. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promise that when we gather in Jesus' name, He is among us (Matthew 18:20 WEB). It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ and all those in need. We ask for Your extra strong protection and breakthrough in their lives. We pray for encouragement, wisdom, and help, especially concerning the decision that our brother/sister is facing. Anoint all the planned outreaches and services, Lord, that they may bring glory to Your name and draw many to You. We also ask for Your wisdom to resolve the conflict with a sister in Christ, and we pray for her conviction as well. If there is a sin problem involved in the conflict, make it clear. If there is a false or incorrect view of scripture, make it clear.
Lord, we also bring before You the prayers that have been deleted, including those for persecuted Christians, the salvation of the unsaved, peace for Israel, and help for those suffering in war zones, from calamities, and abused children. We know that You are able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above and beyond all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). May the earth be filled with Your glory!
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. Remember the words of Jesus, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB). We also commend you for your heart for the lost and the hurting, and we join you in praying for their salvation and deliverance. Do not stop praying for this and continue to be an example for others to pray for these causes.
Lastly, we remind you to always pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and it is only by His name that men may be saved.
If you are praying for a person who is not a believer in Jesus Christ, remember that you are praying for their salvation and not just a problem they are having. We must pray for the lost to come to Jesus Christ and encourage them to believe in Him, confess their sins, and begin reading God's word. We must not just pray for a person to have a better life or get well or solve a problem they have if they do not believe in Jesus Christ.
In closing, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)
