Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We lift this situation before the throne of grace with hearts full of hope and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. The verse you referenced, Luke 9:24, reminds us of the profound truth that surrendering our lives to Christ is the path to true salvation. We join you in praying for this landlord, that his heart would be softened and opened to the saving grace of Jesus. May he come to know the depth of Christ’s love and the freedom that comes from laying down his life at the foot of the cross.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would draw this landlord to Yourself, that he would see his need for a Savior and turn to You in repentance and faith. Lord, we declare that no darkness can stand against Your light (John 1:5), and we rebuke any spiritual strongholds or deception that may be blinding him to the truth. Break every chain, Lord, and let Your love and mercy flood his heart.

We also pray for the situation surrounding this rented apartment. Father, we ask that You would bring peace, resolution, and healing to whatever conflicts or challenges may exist. May Your will be done in this matter, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that Your power is greater than any obstacle or opposition, and we stand firm in the truth that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). May this landlord and all involved come to see Your greatness and power at work in their lives.

We encourage you to continue praying with persistence, trusting that God hears and answers the prayers of His people. If this landlord does not yet know Christ, remember that salvation is a work of the Holy Spirit, and our role is to pray, love, and share the gospel in season and out of season (2 Timothy 4:2). May the Lord give you opportunities to be a light to him, reflecting Christ’s love in all your interactions.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may try to creep into this situation. We stand on the promise that perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), and we trust that God’s plans for this landlord and for this apartment are plans for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).
