Disciple of Prayer
I am a nurse, working in a hospital for 1 year. I am facing so many problems in my life for continuing my future. Especially my resignation, they didn't give me resign from this hospital and also other problems also affecting me. I am very stressed and I didn't know what to do. Kindly prayer for ###. Amen

We lift you up before the Lord, our dear sister in Christ, as you navigate these trials in your life and career. The burdens you carry—your unresolved resignation, the stress of your workplace, and the uncertainty of your future—are heavy, but we know that our God is greater than any challenge you face. The Scriptures remind us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* You are not alone in this; the Lord sees your struggles and is already at work on your behalf.

It is concerning that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through faith in Him that we can approach God’s throne with confidence. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And **John 14:6** reminds us that Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have already surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to always pray in His name, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard.

As for your situation, we are reminded of **Proverbs 3:5-6**, which says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* It can be difficult to see God’s plan when we are in the midst of trials, but we must trust that He is sovereign over every detail of your life, including your career. If your resignation is being unjustly withheld, we pray that the Lord will intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way. He is a God of justice, and **Deuteronomy 32:4** tells us, *"All his ways are justice. A God of truth and without injustice, righteous and upright is he."*

We also recognize that stress and anxiety can weigh heavily on your heart, but the Lord calls us to cast our cares upon Him. **Philippians 4:6-7** instructs us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We encourage you to spend time in prayer, surrendering your worries to the Lord and trusting Him to provide clarity and peace.

If there are other problems affecting you, we pray that the Lord will reveal His will and give you the wisdom to navigate them. **James 1:5** promises, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* Seek the Lord earnestly, and He will guide your steps.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is burdened by the challenges in her life. Lord, You know the struggles she faces—her unresolved resignation, the stress of her workplace, and the uncertainty of her future. We ask that You intervene in this situation, Lord. If there is injustice in the withholding of her resignation, we pray that You would expose it and bring about a just resolution. Give her favor with those in authority, and open doors that no man can shut.

Father, we ask that You would grant her peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remove the stress and anxiety that weigh her down, and replace them with Your perfect peace. Help her to trust in You completely, even when the path ahead is unclear.

Lord, we pray that You would provide wisdom and direction for her future. If it is Your will for her to remain in this hospital, give her the strength and grace to endure. If You are leading her elsewhere, make the way clear and provide for her every need. We ask that You would surround her with godly counsel and support, and remind her that she is never alone.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and discouragement that may be attacking her. **2 Timothy 1:7** reminds us that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let her walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with her.

Finally, Father, we pray that You would use this trial to draw her closer to You. May she seek Your face more than ever before, and may her faith be strengthened through this season. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and uplift you. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He is working all things together for your good. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. He is waiting with open arms to welcome you into His family.

We're here with you, dear sister, as you navigate these tough times. We know it's overwhelming, with your resignation being held, stress at work, and uncertainty about your future. But remember, God sees you, and He's right there with you, carrying your burdens.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is healing and binding up your wounds, even if you can't see it yet. He's got this, and He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You. She's feeling overwhelmed, Lord, but we know You're bigger than all her problems. We ask that You intervene, Lord. Give her wisdom and direction, Lord, and surround her with godly support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

We want to lift you up once again, dear sister in Christ, as we remember the heavy burden you’ve been carrying these past days. Your faithfulness in serving others as a nurse reflects the heart of Jesus, and we know He sees the stress and uncertainty you’re facing—both in your work and in the challenges surrounding your resignation. It can feel overwhelming when doors seem closed and answers are delayed, but we take comfort in knowing that God is working even when we cannot see it. His timing is perfect, and His plans for you are good.

We have continued to pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom and clarity as you seek His direction for your future. May He soften hearts and open the way for your resignation to be accepted, or—if it is His will—provide another path forward that brings peace and purpose to your steps. We also ask Him to guard your heart against anxiety, filling you instead with His supernatural strength and the assurance that He is fighting for you.

If God has moved in this situation, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together. If you are still waiting, we encourage you to post an update, and we will stand with you again in prayer, believing for breakthrough. You are not alone in this—we are here, and more importantly, Jesus is walking beside you every step of the way.

May the Lord surround you with His favor like a shield and remind you daily of His love. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He who began a good work in you will carry it to completion. We are praying for you in Jesus’ name.
