Armor of God Eph 6:10-20, Ourselves, Our Families, Leaders, Pastors, Evangelists, ️Churches, Ministry Partners, All Believers; Even Government, EVEN "ENEMIES" (Enemies are Opportunities to Show our LOVE for Jesus by praying for their salvation, 2 Tim 2:25-26) -- Utterance to Proclaim Mystery of Gospel Boldly, Eph 6:18-19... Father, thank You for The Word and Holy Spirit that instruct us, 2 Tim 3:15-17, John 14:26, so we may not be unaware of the enemy's methods, 2 Cor 2:11. We do submit to You as the church Jesus said the gates of hell cannot stand against, Matt 16:18, and resist the devil, James 4:7, resist him firmly in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8, (Faith in Jesus AND the Authority of His Name, John 14:13-14, Mk 16:15-17, His Word, Matt 24:35, Lk 21:33, and His Position, Matt 28:18, Phil 2:9), so he will flee from us, James 4:7.

We do take the same advice as the other two Apostles, resist AND take up Your Armor and stand against, stand, stand firm against the schemes of darkness, by faith and patience we inherit the promises, Heb 6:12. We pray it over ourselves first, in submission to Your Word, even as it was the proper example and pattern of Christ, overcoming the devil first on for His own sake in the wilderness, Mt 4:1-11, Mk 1:12-13, Lk 4:1-13, then overcoming the world, flesh and devil for the sake of the world, John 16:33.

Knowing it's proper in airplane trips to be admonished to first place the oxygen mask over our own faces prior to assisting others, we pray the following Armor, Your Armor, The Armor of God, on ourselves, Eph 6:10-17, then for others, Eph 6:18-20, applied by faith, as we receive everything else in the same manner, from salvation, Eph 2:8-9, to answered prayer, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, James 1:6...

“Finally, brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of The Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in The Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for the church, that utterance may be given to Your people, that they may open their mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Gospel, for which some are ambassadors in chains; that all may speak boldly, as is fitting to speak," Eph‬ ‭6:11-20‬, thank You in Jesus' Name, Heb 11:6.

We join you in this powerful and timely prayer for the whole armor of God and we agree together with you in Jesus' name for its application over every area you have lifted up.

We thank our Father for your heart to pray according to the Word and for reminding us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, Eph 6:12. We praise God that He has not left us unaware of the schemes of the enemy, 2 Cor 2:11, but has given us His Word which is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, 2 Tim 3:16, and His Holy Spirit who teaches us all things, John 14:26.

We agree with you that we must first submit ourselves to God and then resist the devil so he will flee from us, James 4:7, and that we are to be sober and watchful because our adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, whom we resist steadfast in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8-9. We rejoice that Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth, Matt 28:18, and that God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, Phil 2:9, and that in that name we have authority to stand firm, Mark 16:17, John 14:13-14.

We take up together with you the whole armor of God that we may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all to stand, Eph 6:13. We pray by faith, for without faith it is impossible to please God, Heb 11:6, and we ask in faith without wavering, James 1:6, believing we receive, Mark 11:24, for by grace we have been saved through faith, Eph 2:8.

We pray that we ourselves would be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might, Eph 6:10, girding our waists with truth, putting on the breastplate of righteousness, having our feet fitted with the preparation of the Good News of peace, taking up the shield of faith with which we quench all the fiery darts of the evil one, taking the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God, Eph 6:14-17. We pray this first over ourselves and our own households, following the pattern of our Lord who overcame the tempter in the wilderness by the Word, Matt 4:1-11, Luke 4:1-13, before He went forth to overcome the world for our sake, for He said take courage, I have overcome the world, John 16:33.

Then with perseverance we pray this same armor over our families, over our leaders, pastors and evangelists whom God has given for the equipping of the saints, Eph 4:11-12, over our churches and ministry partners, and over all the saints, with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, Eph 6:18. We also lift up our government, for we are instructed to make supplications, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence, 1 Tim 2:1-2.

And we wholeheartedly agree with you to pray even for those we would call enemies, for Jesus said love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matt 5:44, and that we should do so in gentleness correcting those who oppose the truth, if perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil's snare having been taken captive by him to do his will, 2 Tim 2:25-26. What a beautiful truth that enemies are indeed opportunities to show our love for Jesus by interceding for their salvation.

Father, we ask together that utterance may be given to us and to all Your people that we may open our mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Good News, Eph 6:19, for which we are ambassadors, that we may speak boldly as we ought to speak, Eph 6:20. Let Your Word not return void but accomplish what You please, Isa 55:11, for Your Word is forever settled in heaven and will not pass away, Matt 24:35. We thank You that the church which Jesus builds, the gates of Hades will not prevail against it, Matt 16:18, and that by faith and patience we inherit the promises, Heb 6:12.

We stand together with you now, fully clothed in Your armor, resisting and standing firm against every scheme of darkness, and we trust You to cause us to stand and to proclaim Your Gospel with boldness until Jesus returns. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our salvation, amen.

We were so encouraged to read your prayer. The breadth of it shows a real shepherd's heart. You are carrying yourselves, your families, pastors and evangelists, churches and ministry partners, all believers, and even those in government and those who oppose the gospel, asking God to give boldness to make His good news known.

We love that you started with putting the armor on yourselves first. That airplane image you used is wise. We cannot stand for others if we are not standing ourselves, and God is faithful to strengthen you as you stay submitted to Him and steadfast in faith.

One simple way to keep this from feeling overwhelming is to keep praying just as you are, day by day, perhaps keeping a short written list of those groups so you can persevere without trying to carry every burden at once. Consistency over time bears fruit.

Father, we lift this faithful intercessor and all those named to You. Strengthen them in Your might, guard their hearts and minds, and keep their feet steady in Your peace. Give them and those they love clear utterance and courage to make Your gospel known. Keep them watchful and persevering in prayer for all Your people. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a good and scriptural thing to which you have set your heart, to take up the whole armor of God and to stand in the power of His might. Your prayer lays hold upon the very Truth of God as He has revealed it, and it is well that you would first put the armor upon yourself and then make supplication for all saints, for so our Lord Himself first overcame in the wilderness for His own sake before He overcame for the sake of His people.

You are right to see that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore our strength must not be our own, but the Lord's. We must be strong in the Lord and girded with truth, covered with the breastplate of righteousness which is Christ's own, shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, lifted up by the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart, guarded by the helmet of salvation and armed with the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. No child of God is fitted for this warfare by man, but by the living God alone, and the Spirit of God must teach us and work in us if we would imitate our Father and walk as dear children.

I join you in this praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, with perseverance. Let us pray it first for ourselves, declaring our own ways before the Lord as a man alone with God, confessing where we have been weak in the presence of temptation and asking Him to teach us His statutes. He who has taken hold of God, not of mere church or creed, shall be able to stand in the evil day though opposition and persecution should assail him.

Then let us be watchful to pray it for our families, for pastors and evangelists, for the churches and all ministry partners, for all believers who are the house of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. Let us pray also for those set in government, that they may be restrained from evil and led toward that which is just, and even for those who count themselves our enemies, remembering our Lord's command to love and to pray for them that their eyes may be opened and they may be granted repentance unto the acknowledging of the truth and salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

May the Lord grant to His people utterance that we may open our mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel. He who is King still sends His royal proclamation to rebellious sinners, and every word of that gospel is backed by His eternal authority. Whether upon the hill or in the valley, He is the same God, and He will keep those who are truly His. So let us submit ourselves unto God, resist the devil firmly in the faith, and stand, having done all, to stand, trusting not in willow or plaster, but in the granite truth of His Word which shall not pass away.

May grace and strength be multiplied to you as you continue steadfast in this holy intercession, to the glory of Christ our Redeemer.

Your prayer according to Ephesians six is faithful and right, and we join with you in it before the Lord.

You have understood correctly that our war is not with flesh and blood, but with devils and incorporeal powers. Therefore the armor is not formed of hides and steel, but of truth and righteousness and faith and love of wisdom, and the Captain who clothes us in it is not a man or an angel, but God Himself, ever standing by, unconquerable, ready to help those who obey Him.

You do well to begin with yourselves. As you said, Christ first overcame the devil for His own sake in the wilderness before He overcame the world for our sake, and we too must first be girded ourselves before we can stand for others. The body is not evil, but can be made an arm of righteousness when it is offered to God, and for this hard warfare we need both strong armor and a noble, watchful spirit that knows how to stand. To stand well is the first point of tactics. Scripture says again and again to watch, to stand fast, to stand firm, and having done all, to stand. It is not any kind of standing, but a correct and steady standing in truth, in righteousness, in the peace of the gospel, in faith, in salvation, and in the Word of God.

So we pray with you. We ask the Father to strengthen you in the Lord and in the power of His might, to gird your waist with truth, to cover your heart with the breastplate of righteousness, to shod your feet with the readiness of the gospel of peace, to lift over you the shield of faith by which all the fiery darts of the wicked one are quenched, to cover your head with the helmet of salvation, and to put in your hand the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. We ask that you may submit to God, resist the devil firmly in faith, and see him flee, not by your own strength but by faith in Jesus and the authority of His name and His Word.

And as you have prayed, we extend this prayer beyond yourselves. We pray the same armor over your families, over pastors and evangelists, over churches and ministry partners, over all believers, over those in government, and even over those you call enemies. For they are not to be hated, but as you said, they are opportunities to show love for Jesus by praying for their salvation, that God may grant them repentance and knowledge of the truth.

We pray also for utterance, as Paul asked, that God would open mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel. May He give boldness to all His ambassadors, whether free or bound, to speak as they ought to speak, with grace and truth, being watchful in prayer and perseverance for all the saints.

Keep then this armor on, fortified on all sides, turning the enemy's weapons against himself by longsuffering and steadfast faith. If you remain under your Commander and keep your standing, nothing that seems against you, not loss, not slander, not hardship, can truly be against you, for God will turn it to your good and to His glory. May the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ keep you unconquered and crown you with victory. Amen.
