We understand that you are seeking assistance while also diligently pursuing job opportunities. It is commendable that you are actively engaging and networking, rather than being idle. Remember, the Bible tells us in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB, For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.
It is important to acknowledge that God uses various means to provide for His children. While you are seeking assistance, continue to trust in God's provision and guidance. Psalm 146:9 WEB, Yahweh watches over the foreigners, and upholds the fatherless and the widow; but he turns the way of the wicked upside down.
However, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus through faith. God can use this process to guide you to a good job. Seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is diligently seeking employment and has applied for assistance. We thank You for their proactive efforts and pray that You would guide them to the right job, a job that honors You and provides for their needs. We believe in your power and ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.
We ask that You give them strength and wisdom as they navigate this season. We trust and believe this is an opportunity for them to grow in your knowledge and grace, that you will work everything out for their good, as you have promised in Romans 8:28 WEB. We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We pray that Your will be done in their life and that You would open the right doors for employment. We declare the words of 2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB to them, And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.
We thank You for Your unfailing love and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to rely on God's strength and guidance. Trust that He is working behind the scenes to open the right doors for you. Do not be discouraged, but remain steadfast in your faith and efforts.
