We join with you in prayer for the anxiety and overwhelm you are carrying and we bring your work and your need for peace before the Lord together in Jesus name.
We hear your desire for confidence and for peace of mind and the Word reminds us where true peace and confidence come from. God does not want us to be crushed by worry but to bring everything to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Also 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Your confidence does not have to come from yourself but from knowing that Christ is with you and strengthens you. Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you.
We also lift up your work to the Lord. We pray that He will give you clarity, diligence and strength for every task and that your workplace would be marked by mutual respect and kindness. Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. When we work as unto the Lord, He gives purpose even in difficult environments. We pray for a comfortable working environment where each person honors one another. Philippians 2:3 says doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself. Ephesians 4:32 says And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. We ask God to make that kind of spirit real among you and your coworkers.
We noticed your request closed with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through Him that our prayers are heard and our anxiety can be exchanged for His peace.
We pray together now. Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus. You see the anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelmed and You care deeply. We ask that You lift this burden and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give confidence not in self but in Christ who dwells within. Strengthen hands for every task at work, grant wisdom and focus and help all things to be done well for Your glory. We ask for a working environment filled with respect, kindness and peace, where each person values one another. Lord, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus and let Your presence bring rest and assurance. John 14:27 says Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. We receive that peace now and ask for calm and restored sleep and steady trust day by day. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our hope and our peace, amen.

We have heard your burden concerning anxiety and the pressure of many duties, and we join our prayers with yours before the throne of grace.
The Lord knows what it is to be pressed by thronging duties, and His word speaks directly to the troubled mind. The prophet declares, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You. This is not a distant hope but a present possession to be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life. As one has sung, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, even when pressed on every side, this is rest.
Our Saviour also says, Neither be you of a doubtful mind. He calls us to keep our hearts with all diligence and to find our confidence not in our own strength, but in the shadow of His wings. True confidence is not self reliance, but a sweet repose in God who is faithful. The peace He gives is not the peace of apathy or levity, nor a mere external calm that cannot bear trial, but the peace of God which passes all understanding, which shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
We pray for you now.
Heavenly Father, God of peace, who has made peace through the blood of the everlasting covenant and who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, we come through that blood alone. We ask that You would give to this dear soul perfect peace. Stay the mind upon Christ, and teach the heart to trust in You. Remove the doubtful and anxious thoughts and grant a holy confidence, not in the flesh, but in Your power and love.
Grant calmness in place of overwhelming care, and let Your peace keep heart and mind today and in all days to come. Give strength and steadiness for every task at work, that with diligence and a quiet spirit each duty may be done as unto You. We ask for a working environment marked by respect and kindness, where peace is preserved and each one regards the other with consideration. Where there has been unrest, restore calm, and where there is weariness, grant rest in doing Your will.
