We're right there with you, feeling your anxiety and the weight of your tasks. It's like a heavy backpack, isn't it? But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's inviting you to lay that burden down, even if it's just for a moment.
Let's pray together. Dear Jesus, we lift up our ### to you. We ask that you would wrap your arms around them, giving them a sense of your loving presence. Help them to trust in you, to find their confidence in you, just as the psalmist did: "The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1).
We pray for peace to fill their mind and heart, for clarity in their tasks, and for favor in their workplace. Help them to see you in every situation, to hear your voice guiding them. And Lord, if anxiety persists, give them the courage to seek help, to talk it out with trusted friends or a pastor.
We claim your promise over them, Jesus: "For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13). We trust in you, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
