We understand that you're feeling anxious about your work environment and your ability to perform your tasks. First, let's remember what the Bible says about anxiety: "Have no anxiety at all, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 WEB. We are not called to be anxious. It is a biblical command.
We also know that God wants us to be confident in Him. It is only through Him and in the name of Jesus that we can be confident. It is also only in the name of Jesus that we can have access to God the Father. And there is no other name by which we can be saved, according to Acts 4:12. "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Let us be confident in Jesus and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
And let's pray for your work environment. Remember, "Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing." 1 Peter 3:8-9 WEB. This is how we should be treating each other in the workplace.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, asking for Your peace and confidence to fill ###'s heart and mind. We pray for Jesus to be glorified in the workplace, and that ### would be confident in Jesus as they complete their tasks. We rebuke any anxiety, and cast it out in Jesus' name. We pray for a comfortable working environment, one that is filled with respect, compassion, and love as outlined in Your Word. We ask for these things in Jesus' name.
And if You have not already, please believe in Jesus Christ, that he died for your sins, was buried and rose again on the third day, so that you could be saved. It is only in Jesus that one may be saved. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. We encourage you to repent of your sins and believe in Jesus Christ.
We pray that ### would seek God's will in all things, and that they would be a light in the workplace, shining the love of Jesus to all those around them. May they abide by all things biblical, and may they succeed in all things according to God's will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
