Dear Heavenly Father,

I am having so much trouble with my anxiety... lately I have been getting so worked up and worried that I get to the point of throwing up. This has been happening for a month now. I just started my sophomore year if college on Tuesday...I have classes today and I am so afraid I wont make it through the day without getting sick or worried. I fear I might have to drop out of college to handle all of this. I just love school so much it is getting so hard for me. On days that I dont have school I go to work and its getting harder and harder to get through these days without getting sick or breaking down. Please reach out to me Lord and hold my hand through the day to guide me on a peaceful mindset so I can acheive my dreams and spread the word of your love. I love you sososo much and I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP! I just need your help! In Jesus' name I pray..amen.

Dear Brooke,

Choose to trust that God has our best interest at heart and lean on His strength to get you through your day. Thank God for the things He has done in your past and will do now and in the future. Trust that He hears yours prayers. Know that everything will work together for your good, because He loves you. I send and pray this prayer with you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you through Jesus Christ, my personal Lord and Savior, asking that you send the Holy Spirit to descend upon me. Ease any worries that may come my way. Father, you said not to worry about anything but instead to pray about everything and to tell you, my Heavenly Father and Jehovah Jireh, my Heavenly Provider, what I need and desire. Philippians 4: 6. I am not doubtful. I am hopeful that you will hear my prayers and show me your favor. I come asking that you keep me strong and unwavering as I wait for you, my Lord. James 1:5 Lord, I believe that all things are possible with you. Your word tells me that there is nothing too hard for you; that what is impossible with man is possible with God. I put my faith in you, and you alone, Lord. Thank you Lord for your blessings and favor. In Jesus’ name. AMEN

Child of God,

Psalm 94:19 Tells Us…When I worried (when I am anxious) about many things, Your assuring words (God’s Word) soothed my soul with comfort and joy.

Let’s Pray… God I ask in Jesus’ name, “Minister to my heart through your Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Comfort me with peace and understanding when my spirit is troubled and I am overwhelmed. Let me pray about everything and not worry about anything. And as I am praying let the presence of Your Holy Spirit comfort me, quite my anxious thoughts and guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Let me know that everything is going to be alright. That this will work out for my good.

When I don’t understand, give me understanding. When I don’t know which way to go, please direct my foot steps. Lead and guide me in the direction that You want me to take. Bless me with courage and deliver me from the spirit of fear when and if it tries to attack my faith with anxious thoughts. Bless me with strength when I am weak. Bless me with hope when all seems hopeless. Encourage Me Lord Jesus. Never let me give up on my God given dreams, and goals. Bless Me. Supply all my need. And all that I have asked You to do for me in this prayer please do the same for all those that care about me, those I care about, the writer of this prayer, and especially the one who sent this prayer to me. God Thank You for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.†Amen, so be it.

Philippians 4:6,7 tells us …. To be anxious for nothing (don’t worry about anything), but in everything by prayer and supplication (pray, talk to God), with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Thank you to every single one of yall that took time out of your day to pray, offer advice, and help me. I really see how many people God shines through and that all of you are souls that God led me to to brighten my day and help me through this climb. Just in case you guys like to follow up: I went to my doctor and he refered a faith-based counselor that will help me and teach me ways to control my thoughts through exercises and prayer. I pray all the best for yall and I hope yall have a wonderful weekend and praise God that he made you such special and very very appreciated people. Thank you so much!
