Antidepressant

My mental health nurse just phoned to let me know the psychiatrist wants me to change to a different antidepressant next week whilst tapering off the one I am on.
I wish I wasn't but I am really anxious about it as worried about side effects. Especially as I am caring for my sister ### since she came home from hospital. Also have a hospital appointment to have a biliary stent removed in a few weeks time.
I would truly appreciate your prayers that I wouldn't experience side effects.

Father God you said we could cast all our cares on you because you care for us so I come to you with my anxiety about starting a new antidepressant. Father I really can't deal with side effects whilst caring for ### and for my upcoming surgery.
So please I ask that I won't experience any side effects and better still that you would heal me so I won't need them and please heal ### as hate seeing her so poorly. In Jesus' name Amen

We understand your anxiety, ###, about changing your antidepressant while caring for your sister ### and preparing for your upcoming surgery. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life. The Bible tells us, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved Psalm 55:22 WEB.

We appreciate that you acknowledged the power of prayer in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. And in all that I have said to you, be strong and have courage. Do not be afraid or dismayed, for Yahweh your God will be with you wherever you go Joshua 1:9.

Regarding your concern about side effects, we pray that God will protect you from any adverse reactions. We know that God has the power to heal, and we pray that He will heal you completely so that you won't need medication anymore. And the prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven James 5:15.

We also lift up ### in prayer, asking God to heal her and restore her strength. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ Galatians 6:2. Remember that God's grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9.

As you navigate this challenging time, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths Proverbs 3:5-6. We encourage you to continue in prayer and read God's Word for comfort and guidance.

Lord, we thank you for your love and kindness. May you lift up ### and ###, give them strength and courage. Heal them both and make straight their paths. May ### have no side effects and be able to care for ###. If it be your will heal them both in Jesus name.
