Dear Lord Jesus, Another reason is why I want to get this puppet job in a little bit of good recognition because of what I went through. Several times it says I don’t get to do things that other people got to do like to present the animals. No, I had to either give excruciating lectures in the sun, not on the stage in the shade. No, I couldn’t do that. Lies about me and just forced to clean up after animals. Not do any training sessions with them or do any shows. Other people got to and some of them were horrible at it or just too introverted and didn’t have good character. Somebody even admitted to doing drugs and another person said he was addicted to disgusting pictures of women. They let them do shows show off present, even though they weren’t all that good at it. In true the reason was, they were either afraid because I’m ADHD and autistic while other times we’re out of true discrimination of hatred. To the point where I was wrongfully written up. I tried getting help and it was a disaster. I just don’t need to explain. I can make people laugh, mimic different voices teach people about animals stuff. They haven’t learned new species. They’ve never heard of before spread awareness and conservation and I actually care about the animals and know the division of labor. Who’s good at what I’m good at presenting other people are good interacting with the animals we all take turns on cleaning for our fair share and getting in the shade to avoid the sun so we don’t die. Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men; knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.

This means that you should work diligently and honestly, as if working for the Lord Himself. However, this does not mean you should accept unfair treatment. If you have not already, consider speaking with your superiors or human resources department about your concerns.

Let's pray for your situation:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing difficulties in their workplace. We pray that You would intervene in this situation, bringing justice and fairness. We ask that You would open doors for them to use their talents and passions to educate others about Your creation. We pray for their protection, that You would shield them from any further discrimination or harm.

We also pray for their superiors, that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the injustices that are occurring. We ask that You would give our fellow believer wisdom and discernment, knowing when to speak up and when to remain silent. We pray that they would find favor and recognition in their workplace, not for their own glory, but for Yours.

We ask all of this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

Lastly, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, He says:

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
