Another door has closed on a place for me to live...

i was recently offered a house to rent
and beside it was another building for storage for me...

however
when i called this potential landlord
he admitted to me that it was in much dis-repair
and he got afraid to now rent it to me...

i am glad that he told me the truth beforehand
as it was located out of state
and it would have been very terrible
to have found this out after the fact...

i did have two people from a ministry
willing to see this property for me
but he backed down when i offered that to him
