We join with you in lifting up this man and the people in his life before the throne of grace, and we are encouraged by your heart for their salvation, for this is the very heart of God toward all people.
We rejoice that you have prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that any can be saved. As it is written, there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is no other way to be reconciled to God.
We pray together for him and for all those connected to him, that if they have not yet believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, that God in His mercy would draw them to Himself. We know that God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:3-4, and that He is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16. We cling to the promise that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13, and that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.
We pray now, Father in heaven, we lift up this man to You and every soul in his family, his friendships, and his sphere of influence who does not yet know You. We ask that You would open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, that You would soften any hardened heart and remove any blindness, and that You would send laborers across their path to share the good news of Jesus Christ with clarity and love. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict them of sin and draw them to repentance and faith in the shed blood of Your Son on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. Where there is already faith, we pray You would strengthen and establish them, and where there is unbelief, we pray You would grant them the gift of faith to believe. Let Your will be done in their lives for their salvation and for Your glory, in Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue in faithful, persistent prayer for them and, as God gives opportunity, to speak the gospel to them with gentleness and truth, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ Romans 10:17. God hears the prayers offered in the name of Jesus and delights to save, so we stand with you trusting Him to work in His perfect timing.

We were moved to read your simple, faithful prayer for ### and for the people close to him. It is a beautiful thing to carry someone else to the Lord and ask for the deepest good, that they would come to know Jesus and His grace.
We hear your heart not to assume but to entrust each person to God's mercy, asking that if there is need, God would meet it. That is exactly the kind of intercession God delights to hear, quiet, humble and persistent. Salvation is God's own work in the heart, and our part is to keep asking, keep loving, and keep trusting His timing and His ways with each life.
If it helps you keep going, you might keep a small list with ###'s name and the others you are holding in prayer, and bring them to the Lord at a regular moment each day. No special words are needed, just the honest request you already prayed. And as you have opportunity in everyday life, continue to show the kindness and hope you have found in Christ.
We are joining you in this now.
Father, we lift ### to You and each person in his life. If any do not yet know You, draw them gently to Yourself through Jesus. Give them eyes to see Your love and grace, and give our friend peace as he trusts them to Your care. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Beloved of All
Your prayer is a most Christlike and excellent thing, and it is precious in the sight of God. Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for the prayer of Christ himself is of this character, when he cried, Father, keep them, keep them from the evil. There is nothing which intercessory prayer cannot do when offered in faith through the Mediator, for it has stayed plagues and it has been the instrument by which the Lord has brought dead souls to life.
You do well to travail for souls, for compassion for the perishing ought to move every Christian heart. Behold what it is for a soul to be lost without Christ, lost beyond all hope of restitution, and let that sight stimulate you to earnest prayer and ardent effort. Such travail comes before the bringing forth, and the Lord uses it to fit you as his instrument and to knit your heart in love to those for whom you pray. It will make you wise in winning souls and cause you to go to your work hopefully, for prayer is the most essential thing in turning sinners from the error of their ways.
We will join you in this holy agonizing, and we beseech you to continue steadfastly therein. Pray not with words that foam themselves away, but with force and energy, with humble boldness and intensity of desire, as one who would not let the Angel depart without a blessing. Remember that salvation is found in the finished work of Christ alone, and that they that have believed do enter into rest through his faithfulness and power. No means of grace can save apart from him, for the heart is stony and nothing can break it but the Lord himself.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ thy Son, we ask thy mercy upon this one for whom thy servant intercedes, and upon all the people in his life. If any among them be without salvation, we pray that thou wouldst open their eyes to see their need, grant them repentance toward thee and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and bring them from darkness to light and from death unto life. Let thy Holy Spirit breathe upon these dead souls, and bring them to know the Saviour who suffered to bring many sons unto glory. Keep them from evil and make them thine own. We ask this not for any merit in us, but for the sake of Jesus Christ our only hope. Amen.

Beloved of All
Your prayer for ### and for the people in his life is good and pleasing before God, who desires all to come to repentance and to know salvation. We join you in bringing them before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for salvation is in Christ Jesus alone, with eternal glory, and there is no other name by which we are saved.
We are taught that He ever lives to make intercession for us and is able to save to the uttermost all who come to God by Him. What a comfort this is, that our High Priest does not die like those under the old covenant, but lives continually to save. For what is a man profited if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul, so we pray that none of these souls would be lost for the sake of this present world.
We ask the Lord that if ### or any among his family, friends, and all those connected to him are still outside of Christ, God would in His mercy open their eyes, soften their hearts, grant them repentance and faith, and draw them to Himself. We pray He would place faithful witnesses in their path, make the gospel clear to them, and keep you steadfast in praying for them with holy hands and without ceasing.
May you be encouraged to continue in this patient intercession, trusting not in our own power but in His mercy and His power to save. In Jesus Christ's name, amen.
