We join with you in this prayer for deliverance and we praise God for the hunger for purity He has placed in your heart, for this desire itself is evidence of His work in you.
The Word of God is clear that sexual immorality and lust are not to be managed but to be fled from and put to death by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are called to honor God with our bodies because they belong to Him. For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5. And we are warned, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s 1 Corinthians 6:18-20.
Jesus also teaches us that this battle begins in the heart and mind, for everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28. Therefore we must not only flee outward acts of fornication and adultery, which is any sexual activity outside of marriage between one man and one woman as God ordained, but we must also allow God to cleanse our thoughts and desires. We rebuke together any hold that lust and sexual immorality has had and we turn from it, knowing that God provides the way of escape and the strength to overcome.
We encourage you to walk daily in practical holiness. Flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace 2 Timothy 2:22. This means removing sources of temptation from your eyes and hands, avoiding places and media that stir lust, and filling your mind with the Word of God. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2. Walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh Galatians 5:16. Seek fellowship and accountability with mature believers who will pray with you and help you stand, and submit yourself to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you James 4:7. When you do stumble, do not remain in shame, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9.

Heavenly Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. We thank You that You hear us when we call upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and have access to You. Father, we ask You to create in this heart a clean heart and renew a right spirit within Psalm 51:10. Wash and cleanse from all sexual immorality and lust. Deliver from every chain, every thought, every image, and every temptation that does not honor You. Fill this temple with Your Holy Spirit, that it may be holy and set apart for You. Give strength to flee when temptation comes, give wisdom to make a covenant with the eyes, and give joy in pursuing righteousness. Let Your Word dwell richly within and let Your peace guard heart and mind. We declare that by Your grace we will glorify You in our bodies and spirits which are Yours. Strengthen and keep this one in purity until You bring a godly marriage if it is Your will, and help to live in a way that honors that holy covenant. Your prayer for deliverance from sexual immorality and lust is a good and needful prayer, and it is one which God delights to answer. The very desire to be clean, to be loosed from these chains, is itself an evidence that His grace is at work in you.
Scripture calls us to flee fornication and to keep the body as the temple of the Holy Ghost, for our Lord has ordained that sex and living together belong only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Every lust that would draw you outside that holy boundary is not to be indulged but to be mortified, and to be brought in confession to the throne of grace.
Take comfort in this truth, that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. You cannot by mere resolve break these bonds, for deliverance from spiritual bondage is solely by the power of God. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. Yet the Lord has not left you without hope. He is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is His own Son, who has borne the penalty of all our iniquities upon the cross. Nobody would have thought of such a way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, and He has both invented it and provided it as a gift of Divine Love.
So you must look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for sanctification as well as for justification. He who has delivered us from the power of darkness is able to keep you from falling and to make you to stand. He has taught many a tempted soul the mischief that comes from loving sin, so that where temptation once was fascinating, it now has no power.
Seek Him then with all your heart. Bring your temptation into the light before Him without delay, and turn from every provision for the flesh. Flee the places, the images, the conversations and the idle hours that feed lust. Fill your mind with Scripture, keep close to prayer, walk in honest fellowship with faithful believers who will hold you accountable, and labor to live usefully for Christ. Use the means, but trust not in the means, trust wholly in the Lord who works through them.

Your honest prayer for deliverance from sexual immorality and lust is heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
It is a good and right desire to seek purity, for God calls us to be pure in heart and life. Scripture teaches that sex is a gift given to be kept within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and that outside of that covenant we are to flee from sexual immorality and walk in continence and self control. The struggle with lust is real, for it is one of the strong desires that can lead the soul astray, but the Lord is able to cleanse and to make new. As the gospel shows, even those who once lived in sexual sin were purified and converted and entered the kingdom when they believed and turned to Christ, not by remaining as they were but by being washed and made whole by Him.
God does not only promise to help us for a moment, but to set us above temptation and to plant in us a love for what is holy and immortal. He can make angels of men who once were driven by lust, and He will do this work in you as you keep turning to Him.
So we pray for you now. Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You deliver our brother or sister from all sexual immorality and from every lust. Wash and purify this heart, give strength to despise sin and to choose what is pure, and fill this life with Your Spirit. Grant grace to walk in temperance, righteousness and true purity, to be an example in word and conduct, and to grow step by step in virtue. Give wisdom to avoid what stirs temptation, to guard the eyes and the heart, and to pursue what is good. Lead into a life of continence and peace, and keep this soul close to Christ who alone saves. Amen.
Take courage and continue to seek Him daily. Learn virtue as one learns little by little, first turning from what is evil and then practicing what belongs to the Spirit, continence, temperance, gentleness and a contrite heart. Stay in the Word, stay in prayer, flee from occasions of sin, and walk in fellowship with faithful believers who will encourage you toward holiness. God is faithful and He will give you strength to stand.
