We hear your heart's cry and we join with you in bringing this before the Father in Jesus Christ's name, and we thank you for coming in His name for it is only through Him that we have access to God.
We understand the burden of memories that linger and distract the heart and mind. The desire to be free from thoughts of others, especially when those thoughts may involve longing, regret, or temptation, is one God understands. Yet we want to gently encourage you that God's way is not always to simply erase our memory as if the past never happened, but to heal our hearts, renew our minds, and bring every thought into obedience to Christ so that those memories no longer have power over us.
Scripture tells us Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2 and also bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5. We are called to dwell on what is pure and honoring to God, for Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things Philippians 4:8.
If these memories of these three girls involve romantic or sexual thoughts, past courtships that did not lead toward godly marriage, or any form of fornication which is sex outside of marriage between a man and a woman, we lovingly urge you to bring that to the Lord in repentance. God calls us to purity and to flee from sexual immorality, and to pursue courtship only with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ. If there is any sin tied to these memories, we encourage you to confess it fully, for If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. And we cling to the promise that as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us Psalm 103:12.
We also encourage you not to hold bitterness or idolatry toward these persons, but to forgive and release them to God, and to ask Him to create in you a clean heart. As it is written Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me Psalm 51:10. And we are reminded Don't remember the former things, and don't consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing Isaiah 43:18-19 and forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus Philippians 3:13-14.

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to wash his mind and heart with Your peace and to renew his thoughts according to Your Word. Where there has been sin, bring conviction and complete forgiveness through the blood of Jesus. Where there has been hurt, rejection, or temptation, bring healing and freedom. Help him to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ and to fix his mind on what is true, pure, and praiseworthy. Create in him a clean heart and renew a right spirit within him. Remove the hold these memories have and replace them with thoughts of You, with hope for the future, and with a desire for purity and for a godly marriage if it is Your will. Fill the places where these memories lived with Your presence, Your Word, and Your love. Give him strength to guard his eyes and his heart and to walk in holiness all the days of his life. We thank You that You are doing a new thing in him. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for a cleansed memory is one which the Lord delights to hear, for He desires truth in the inward parts and a heart kept unspotted from the world.
You have done well to bring this burden to Him, for pools which are not self supplied are always liable to be exhausted. Whatever strength we have of mind or spirit, if it is our own, it will one day fail us. You cannot by your own resolve wash these images from your mind, for the sin that dwells in us drags us down, and our natural corruption still clings to us. The best and bravest of the saints are poor creatures when left to themselves, and we still need that the blood of Christ should cleanse us from all sin.
Know this, that He understands your thought afar off. He compasses your path and knows the motive from which every thought springs and whereunto it tends. His thoughts toward you are precious and constant, and He is still thinking of you even now. When you awake, you may yet be with Him, if you set His thoughts before your own. David found nearness to God by meditating upon the preciousness of the divine thoughts, and so may you.
The true healing for a defiled memory is not in mere forgetting, but in renewing. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. You must wait upon Him, not striving in your own power, but looking to the Lamb slain from before the foundation of the world, who is now upon the throne. The very leaves of that tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. Look to His eternal merits, for pardon and healing are one in Him. When He says, Thy sins are forgiven thee, He brings cleansing to the conscience and purity to the imagination.
Keep yourself unspotted from the world. Charity and purity are the two great garments of Christianity. If you would be pure, you must not only ask God to remove what is unholy, but ask Him to fill the mind with what is holy. Low thoughts of God create bondage under sin, but high thoughts of God beget hope and confidence. Fill your memory with His Word, with prayer, with the contemplation of Christ, and there will be little room left for that which defiles.

Teach him to wait upon Thee that his strength may be renewed, and let Thy holy thoughts possess his thoughts, that when he awakes he may still be with Thee. Amen.
