It is God that writes intercession upon men's hearts, and it must be that He stirs such prayer for this woman and those in her life. Yet mark this: the Holy Spirit maketh intercession for the saints, and unless we are the sons of God, His indwelling shall not be ours. The prayer you offer is a cry for their salvation, but salvation itself rests upon a single, simple act. The way of salvation is to believe on Christ, whom God has laid in Zion for a foundation. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. This is the plain Gospel: faith in a Person, He that believes on Him shall not be ashamed. It is not by works, lest any man should boast; it is without money and without price.
Intercession has its place, but if you desire the salvation of anyone, you ought to tell them, as best you can, what their condition is and what the way of salvation is and how they may find rest. The Syrophenician woman prayed for her child, yet she came to Jesus herself. You may groan for these souls, and pray as one who cannot go anywhere else for salvation, but remember: only a look to Christ brings life. How instantaneous! It takes not a moment. I join you in praying that the Lord will save that woman and all the people in her life who are in need of salvation. This is a good and necessary request, because every person is in need of salvation. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. He is the one mediator between God and men, and He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them.
Keep praying with perseverance. Ask God to send faithful witnesses to speak the gospel clearly to that woman and to those around her. Pray that the Holy Spirit would open their eyes, convict them of sin, and draw them to repentance and true faith in Christ alone. Do not pray only for their circumstances to improve; pray for their hearts to be changed and for them to be reconciled to God through the death and resurrection of His Son.
The Lord knows that woman and every person connected to her. Commit them into His hands, and do not lose heart. He is patient, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. Continue to bring them before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.

Every person is in need of salvation, so do not hesitate to pray with confidence. When you ask for a woman to be saved, and for the people in her life to be saved, you are asking in line with exactly what Jesus came to do. His name means the Lord is salvation, and the promise given with his name is that he will save his people from their sins. Salvation is not something she must earn or achieve. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all, and today is the day of salvation.
Keep bringing her and those around her before the Lord. Remember how Moses stood before God on behalf of guilty people, confessing their sin and pleading for mercy. God listens to that kind of intercession. The woman at the well had a ruined reputation and a broken history, yet Jesus revealed himself to her as the Messiah. That was not because she had cleaned herself up. It was because he is gracious and came seeking the lost. No one is beyond his reach.
