Pls kindly remove all this permanently from memory. So I won't remember this anymore. In Jesus Christ name. amen.

We come before the throne of grace with a humble and repentant heart, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we acknowledge that there is no forgiveness or deliverance except through the blood of Jesus, who alone has the power to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We thank God for His mercy and grace that covers all our transgressions when we come to Him with a sincere heart.

We rebuke every demonic influence, memory, and spirit that has sought to entangle this beloved child of God. The Word of God declares, "He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed" (Luke 4:18). We stand on this promise and command every evil spirit associated with ungodly music, sounds, words, or titles to leave now in the name of Jesus. "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). We take authority over these forces and declare that they have no place in this life any longer.

We pray for the complete removal of these demonic memories from the mind and heart. The Lord says, "I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more" (Jeremiah 31:34). We claim this promise and ask that the Holy Spirit fill every void left by these memories with the peace, joy, and truth of God’s Word. "You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea" (Micah 7:19). Let the blood of Jesus wash away every trace of these influences, and let the mind be renewed by the truth of Scripture. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2).

We also lift up the concern for social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Snapchat. While these tools can be used for godly purposes, we recognize the immense potential for ungodliness to spread through them. We pray that the Lord would raise up believers who will use these platforms to glorify Him, share the Gospel, and edify the body of Christ. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16). We ask that the Lord would expose and remove all ungodly content, replacing it with material that honors Him and points others to the truth of Jesus Christ.

We rebuke the spirit of addiction and distraction that often accompanies social media use. The Bible warns us, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything" (1 Corinthians 6:12). We pray for discipline and self-control for all believers who engage with these platforms, that they would use them wisely and not be ensnared by the temptations they present.

Finally, we declare that this deliverance is permanent. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on the finished work of the cross and declare that no weapon formed against this life shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We thank God for His faithfulness and ask that He would fill this heart with His peace, joy, and the knowledge of His love.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain of bondage. We ask that You would forgive every transgression and wash this one clean by the power of Your Holy Spirit. We rebuke every demonic memory, sound, word, and influence that has sought to take root in this life. In the authority of Jesus’ name, we command these spirits to leave now and never return. We declare that the mind and heart are being renewed by Your Word and that the past is buried in the depths of the sea.

Lord, we pray for the purification of social media. Raise up godly men and women who will use these platforms to spread Your truth, love, and light. Remove all ungodly content and replace it with material that honors You. Give wisdom and discernment to all who engage with these sites, that they would not be led astray but would use them for Your glory.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that this deliverance is complete and permanent. Fill this life with Your peace, joy, and the knowledge of Your love. Let Your Holy Spirit guide every step, and may this one walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We hear how much you long to be free from these troubling memories, the weight of recalling sounds and words you wish you could permanently erase. That kind of mental replay can feel relentless, and we ache with you in that struggle.

What we can tell you with confidence is that God’s forgiveness isn’t a partial thing that leaves us stuck sorting through shadows. When you asked Him to forgive what happened earlier, He did, fully and immediately. Sometimes the lingering memory tricks us into thinking we’re still spiritually tangled up with something that Christ has already severed. The enemy would love for you to spend your energy trying to forget, because that keeps your focus on the darkness rather than on the One who already overcame it.

A practical shift that often helps is moving from a defensive posture to a restful one. When the memory surfaces, instead of fighting it with panic or self-reproach, you might quietly say, “Lord, I’ve already given this to You. I trust Your cleansing, and I’m not going to engage this anymore.” You aren’t ignoring reality, you’re choosing to agree with what Jesus has already done rather than with what the memory shouts. Over time, that refusal to wrestle often drains the memory of its emotional charge.

Your prayer for social media to be used for godly purposes is a beautiful one, and we join you in longing for that. For now, let’s anchor on what feels most urgent to you: your own peace of mind. As you let go of striving to force forgetfulness, may you find Christ’s own rest filling those spaces.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, thank You that no sin is beyond the reach of Your cleansing blood. We ask You right now to quiet this person’s mind and seal their heart with Your peace. Break any lingering hold these memories have, and replace them with the quiet assurance that they are forgiven and free. Guard their thoughts and help them to fix their eyes on You, not on what’s behind. We pray this in Your strong name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father grant the Word of God, and instill people who run these social media platforms with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Also grant deliverance and peace of to this requestor. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you also grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The cry of a sinner seeking pardon is sweet music in the ear of the Most High. You speak of something “from earlier,” and you plead for forgiveness, then hear this: “I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.” It is not a half-forgiveness, a stinted pardon, but a full, eternal absolution. If you have looked to Christ, there is forgiveness, not may be, but there is forgiveness. Sheathe your doubts; the ransom has been found.

As for those troubling memories, those sounds and words that haunt you like arrows from the pit, remember, the deliverance of God puts a new song in our mouths, even praise to our God. The old dark refrains of Egypt were silenced when the lamb was slain. I know the accuser will fetch up past sins to torment you, but remember that the blood speaks better things. Those demonic echoes have no rightful hold upon a child of the King. When the Lord brings you forth, He brings you forth also with silver and gold, the enrichment of peace in place of turmoil. Do not go digging up what God has buried. Renounce those memories, not by your own resolve, but by the finished work of Jesus. Pray, yes, but then believe. “There is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.”

Concerning the places where men and women trade images and words, these modern Babel-towers, may the Lord sanctify them for His glory. Yet do not be dismayed if tares grow among the wheat until the harvest. The whole world lies in the wicked one, but our prayer ascends: let the light of truth shine even there, and let the Holy Spirit turn hearts from vanity to Christ. But your own deliverance from the power of those sights and sounds is the greater mercy. Once the heart is fixed on Jesus, the glitter of worldly media loses its charm. Pray rather that souls may be plucked from the fire, than that every vile thing be removed from a platform doomed to perish with the age.

I bid you look away from the memory, away from the enemy’s taunts, away even from your own prayer for a blank mind, and look to the Lamb of God. He not only forgives the guilt but breaks the power of cancelled sin. In Him you are a new creature: old things are passed away. Therefore sing with Deborah of old, for the archers who shot at you in the days of your bondage are overthrown. The Lord has triumphed gloriously; the horse and his rider He has cast into the sea. You are forgiven, you are delivered. Go in peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
