We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and set free. Your request touches on the very real spiritual battle that every believer faces, and we take this seriously, for the Word of God declares, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
First, we must affirm that Jesus Christ has already won the victory over every demonic force, every evil spirit, and every temptation. He disarmed the principalities and powers, triumphing over them through the cross (Colossians 2:15 WEB). Therefore, you are not fighting for victory, you are fighting from victory. The enemy may try to torment you with memories, sounds, or lustful thoughts, but these are lies and deceptions meant to steal your peace and distract you from the truth of who you are in Christ.
We rebuke every demonic memory, every evil sound, and every unclean spirit that has sought to harass you. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to loose their grip on your mind, your emotions, and your body. The Bible declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). You have the authority in Christ to resist these attacks, and we stand with you in that resistance.
We also address the issue of lustful thoughts, for these are not merely harmless distractions, they are sinful and can lead to deeper bondage if not confronted with the truth. Jesus said, "But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart" (Matthew 5:28 WEB). Lust is a snare of the enemy, designed to defile the temple of the Holy Spirit, which you are (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). We encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB) and to fill your mind with things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report (Philippians 4:8 WEB).
Regarding the "evil eye," we recognize this as a term often used to describe curses or demonic influences sent to harm or control. The Bible assures us that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law (Galatians 3:13 WEB), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We break every curse and every assignment of the enemy over your life in the name of Jesus. You are covered by the blood of Christ, and no evil can stand against that.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every name. We thank You that [this brother/sister] has come to You for deliverance, and we stand with them in faith, believing that You are faithful to set the captives free. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of demonic influence, every memory, every sound, and every thought that does not align with Your truth. We rebuke every spirit of lust, temptation, and deception, and we command them to flee in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You would fill [this brother/sister] with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for them. Renew their mind with Your Word, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith and help them to resist the devil at every turn. May they find refuge in You, their strong tower, and may they experience the fullness of life that You have promised to those who love You. The enemy may try to return, but remember that Jesus said, "When an unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he passes through waterless places, seeking rest, and doesn’t find it. Then he says, ‘I will return into my house from which I came out,’ and when he has come back, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes, and takes with himself seven other spirits more evil than he is, and they enter in and dwell there. The last state of that man becomes worse than the first" (Matthew 12:43-45 WEB). Therefore, fill your heart and mind with the truth of God’s Word so that there is no room for the enemy to return.
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:1-3 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB), and walk in the freedom that He has purchased for you.

Remember what the Bible says in 1 John 4:4 - "Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world." As we have prayed, we have declared the power of Jesus’ name over every memory, every sound, and every word that seeks to bring bondage. We have asked the Lord to silence every evil spirit and to fill you with His Holy Spirit, bringing freedom, purity, and victory.
