We hear your cry for salvation and deliverance, and we join with you in lifting these needs before the throne of grace. First, we must address the foundation of salvation—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that any soul can be saved. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes when a person repents of their sins, believes in Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died for their sins and rose again, and surrenders their life to Him as Lord. We pray that those you have mentioned—whether by name or circumstance—would come to know Jesus in this way, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for the lost. We ask that You would draw those in need of salvation to Yourself, softening their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. Lord, we pray for the individuals whose names were represented in this request, for the people in their lives, and for those celebrated on famous birthdays—may they encounter Your love and grace in a way that leads them to repentance. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and let them turn to Jesus, the only way to eternal life (John 14:6). We declare that no one is beyond Your reach, and we trust in Your power to save even the hardest of hearts.
We also stand with you in your plea for deliverance from demonic influences. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic spirit, memory, sound, or word that has sought to torment you. The Bible tells us that "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). We take authority over these forces in the mighty name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We command every evil spirit to flee, for "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of demonic oppression in this life. Fill this one with Your Holy Spirit, bringing peace, freedom, and a renewed mind. Replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). We pray for complete deliverance and restoration, that this one may walk in the fullness of the freedom Christ has purchased for them.
Father, we also want to encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:11). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Fill your mind with Scripture, worship, and godly influences that will strengthen your spirit. Remember, "He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24).
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.
