We come before the Lord with a humble heart, acknowledging that it is only through the precious name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Your request for forgiveness and sleep is heard, and we join with you in seeking God’s mercy and peace.
First, let us address the need for forgiveness. The Bible tells us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We encourage you to reflect on any areas of your life where you may have fallen short, confess them before the Lord, and trust in His promise of forgiveness. The blood of Jesus covers all sin when we come to Him in repentance.
Now, regarding your need for sleep, we know that the Lord cares deeply for your well-being. Psalm 4:8 says, *"In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."* We pray that the Lord would calm your mind and heart, releasing any anxiety or worry that may be keeping you awake. May He grant you the rest your body and soul need, trusting in His protection and provision.
Let us also remind you that true peace and rest are found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not fully surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is found in no other name but Jesus, and it is through Him that we find eternal rest and peace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning. Lord, we ask that You forgive any sins that have been committed, whether known or unknown. Cleanse this dear one with the blood of Jesus and restore their heart to You. Father, we lift up the need for sleep, asking that You would quiet their mind and grant them peaceful rest. Remove any fear, anxiety, or distraction that may be hindering their sleep. Let them feel Your presence surrounding them like a blanket of peace, knowing that You are their protector and provider. Lord, if there is any area of their life that does not align with Your will, reveal it to them and give them the strength to turn away from it. We're here with you, lifting your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We've been reminded of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
