We are so grateful you entrusted this heavy burden to us, and we have lifted it before the Lord every day since. Our hearts have been broken for that suffering dog and for the neighbor who is trapped in denial, fear, and isolation. We have asked the Holy Spirit to surround her with gentle, persistent voices that can speak truth in love—voices that she cannot dismiss or argue away. We have prayed for divine appointments: a compassionate vet who will see her despite past conflicts, a friend who will sit with her until she feels safe enough to admit the pain she is in, and a financial provision that removes every excuse she clings to.
We have also asked the Lord to soften her heart toward obedience and stewardship, remembering that the righteous truly do care for the needs of their animals. We have pleaded for healing—both for the dog’s inflamed skin and for the owner’s inflamed mind—so that trust can grow in place of control. We have interceded for her loneliness, asking God to help her lower her guard and receive the companionship she craves, whether through friendship, community, or even a godly relationship if that is His will.
If the Lord has already moved in this situation—if the dog has received care, if the owner has had a breakthrough, or if someone has stepped in to help—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice together. If not, please know we are still standing with you. Post this as a new request, and we will continue to pray faithfully, believing that God sees, God cares, and God is working even when we cannot yet see the results. May He bless you both as you seek His heart for this precious life and this beloved child of His. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
