We are grateful to hear your heartfelt prayers and we join you in lifting these concerns to our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful to see your faith and trust in God's provision and healing power. Let us first address the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as you have rightly done. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, that we have access to God and it is in His name that we pray.
We lift up your father's health to the Lord, thanking Him for the improvement seen thus far. We pray for a complete healing of his throat, that he may eat and gain strength. May God grant him the will to change his habits and follow a path of health and wellness. "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." (3 John 1:2)
We also lift up your mother and brother, asking God to grant them patience, protection, and strength in their battles against evil. "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." (Ephesians 6:10-11)
Regarding the land issue, we pray for God's justice and wisdom to prevail. May He guide you through this uncertain time and grant you favor. "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16)
We ask God to provide a place for your church to worship and glorify His name. May He open doors for this need to be met and for His will to be done. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20)
Lastly, we lift up your job search to the Lord. May He open the right doors at the right time, providing you with employment that not only meets your needs but also allows you to serve Him. "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." (Psalm 37:4-5)
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all these areas, trusting in His timing and provision. Remember that our Heavenly Father knows our needs even before we ask Him. "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33)
May God guide your steps and grant you peace as you wait on Him. We will continue to pray for these requests and trust in God's faithfulness.
