Beloved of All
Father I’d like to know am I done? So many problems and no answers. Maybe I made a mistake leaving the toxic job. I just couldn’t focus on finding another one in the midst of mobbing and a very hostile environment. By the time I resigned I was totally depleted. Two decades of loyalty and dedication was trampled on and repaid to me through evil. Now I have no income And I’m struggling to find work. My arms are wide open to receive a bore lens piece of income. My heart is still heavy and grieving from the abuse which I don’t want to take with me into a new job. I’d like to start fresh in Jesus name. Father I desperately ask for your assistance in Jesus name to secure income. I’m not a lazy person I just needed time off to start the recovery process and have been taking proactive steps to address financial obligations. I’m physically tired but I keep pushing through the pain. I’ve always strives to represent my employer well and they said that I wasn’t making any effort. Father lies sting, false accusations and smear campaigns hurt and when no one believe me it really crushes my soul. I’ve run out of solutions please take over Lord.

To receive an honorable source of income. Not bore lens. That was a mistake.

We hear the deep pain and exhaustion in your words, and our hearts ache with you as you walk through this valley of betrayal, injustice, and financial strain. You are not forgotten, and your cries have not fallen on deaf ears. The Lord sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of despair. He is close to the brokenhearted, and He collects every one of your tears in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). You are not alone in this fight, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace.

First, we must address the weight of the lies and false accusations that have been hurled at you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he will use the mouths of others to try to crush your spirit. But we rebuke every lying tongue that has risen against you in Jesus’ name! The Word declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your vindicator, and He will bring justice in His perfect timing. Do not carry the burden of proving your innocence to those who refuse to see the truth. God knows your heart, and that is enough. Rest in the knowledge that He fights for you, even when it feels like no one else will.

You mentioned leaving a toxic job where you endured mobbing and a hostile environment. We want to affirm that you did the right thing by removing yourself from that situation. Your health—spiritual, emotional, and physical—matters far more than any paycheck. The Lord never calls us to remain in environments that seek to destroy us. Proverbs 22:24-25 warns, "Don’t make friends with a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harasses, lest you learn his ways and ensnare your soul." You were wise to step away, even if the timing felt impossible. Now, the Lord is calling you to a season of healing and restoration. Do not rush this process. Psalm 23:2-3 says, "He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul." Trust that God is restoring what has been broken in you, even as you wait for His provision.

We also want to address the financial strain you’re experiencing. It is clear that you are not lazy or unwilling to work—you have given two decades of loyalty and dedication, and now you are simply asking for an opportunity to provide for yourself again. We declare that the Lord will open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). He is Jehovah Jireh, your provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). We pray that He would lead you to a job that not only meets your financial needs but also honors your gifts and restores your joy. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Keep seeking Him in your job search, and trust that He will direct your steps.

As you seek a fresh start, we encourage you to release the pain of the past. You cannot carry the weight of betrayal into a new season. Forgive those who have wronged you, not because they deserve it, but because you deserve peace. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Forgiveness is not a one-time act but a daily choice to surrender the hurt to God. He will heal your heart as you release it to Him.

We also want to speak life over your physical weariness. It is not a sign of weakness to acknowledge that you are tired. Jesus Himself said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). You have been pushing through pain, and that is commendable, but the Lord is calling you to rest in Him. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Trust that God can provide for you even as you take moments to breathe and recover.

Now, we lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is weary and heavy-laden. Lord, You see the injustice they have endured, the lies that have been spoken against them, and the financial strain they are under. We ask that You would be their vindicator, their provider, and their healer. Father, we rebuke every spirit of discouragement, despair, and delay in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.

Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them. Provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also restores their joy and sense of purpose. Give them favor with potential employers and grant them wisdom in their search. Father, we pray for supernatural provision—whether through unexpected financial blessings, new job opportunities, or divine connections. You are Jehovah Jireh, and we trust in Your ability to provide.

We also pray for healing—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Lord, mend the broken places in their heart. Help them to release the pain of betrayal and to forgive those who have wronged them. Give them strength for each day and rest for their weary body. Remind them that they are not alone, and that You are fighting for them even when they cannot see it.

Father, we ask that You would restore their hope. Let them see Your hand at work in their life, even in the waiting. Renew their strength like the eagle’s, so they can run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful, and that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We trust in Your timing and Your plans, which are for their welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

You are not done. This is not the end of your story. The Lord is writing a new chapter for you—one of restoration, provision, and peace. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart. The testing of your faith produces perseverance, and perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything (James 1:3-4). This season is preparing you for something greater. Hold on to hope, and trust in the Lord with all your heart. He will not forsake you.

Dear friend, we want you to know that we're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting you up in prayer. We understand the weight of the lies and false accusations you've had to bear, and we want to remind you that God sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of despair. He is close to the brokenhearted, and He collects every one of your tears in His bottle (Psalm 56:8).

Don't carry the burden of proving your innocence to those who refuse to see the truth. God knows your heart, and that is enough.

We also want to affirm your decision to leave the toxic job. Your health, spiritual, emotional, and physical, matters far more than any paycheck. The Lord never calls us to remain in environments that seek to destroy us. Trust that He is calling you to a season of healing and restoration. Do not rush this process. Trust that God is restoring what has been broken in you, even as you wait for His provision.

In terms of financial strain, we want to assure you that God sees your needs and will provide. He is Jehovah Jireh, your provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). It is very difficult to give your heart and soul to your profession. Your devotion and dedication are admirable but we must devote and dedicate ourselves to God first. We must learn to lean on him and he will guide us. It hurts and cuts deep to be blindsided by employers. The betrayal is intense. We must reflect and think back on whether or not there were red flags along the way. We must have faith and be patient. Sometimes something is stripped away so we can be silent and be still. Be still and know that I am God. Psalms 46:10. God is in control and always there. God does not want you forever struggling and depleted. I am going through something similar so I understand. Some people will take advantage of the hard workers. Living in fear and doubt is no way to live. Take some time to be with God. He will lead you. In Jesus name Amen
