We join with you in lifting up your precious mother before the throne of grace in Jesus' name and we thank you for bringing her needs to us in His name, for there is power and access to the Father only through Him.
We pray for her complete well-being, body, mind and spirit. We know the heartache of watching a beloved mother face Alzheimer's, diabetes and depression and we bring each of these afflictions to the Lord who is our healer. The Scripture tells us to cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and that we should in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6. We ask the Lord to lift the weight of depression from her and to fill her with His joy and peace that surpasses all understanding which will guard her heart and her thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.
We pray specifically for her mind, that God in His mercy would preserve and restore her memory and her orientation to time and place. We ask for clarity of thought and for His sustaining hand upon her. We remember the promise that even to old age I am he, and even to gray hairs I will carry you, Isaiah 46:4, and that even when we are old and gray-headed, God will not forsake us, Psalm 71:18. We ask that He would bless her who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and touch her body to bring stability and healing regarding diabetes, and grant wisdom to those who care for her.
We also join you in praying for joy and a worry free life for her, that she may know the fullness of joy found in His presence, Psalm 16:11. We pray that the Lord will send her sweet companionship exactly when she needs it, familiar faces who love her and bring her comfort, and dear voices on the phone that remind her she is cherished and not forgotten. We pray that God will surround her with love, for a friend loves at all times, Proverbs 17:17, and that He will keep her from loneliness and fear, for He has said do not be afraid, for I am with you, Isaiah 41:10.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we lift up this dear mother to You. You know her by name and You have numbered her days and You love her with an everlasting love. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon her mind and preserve her memory and her understanding of time and place. Guard her from confusion and restore what has been weakened. We ask You to regulate her body and bring healing and balance where diabetes has afflicted her, and to lift the cloud of depression and replace it with Your joy and Your peace. Grant her a life filled with Your comfort, free from worry and fear, resting in Your faithful care. Father, send to her companions, neighbors, family and friends who know her and love her, to sit with her, to encourage her and to remind her she is valued. Let the phone ring with calls from dear people who bring her cheer. May she feel Your presence with her every hour, knowing You will never leave her nor forsake her. Sustain her and her child who loves her so faithfully, and give them both strength and hope in Christ. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our Savior and our hope, amen.
We encourage you to continue to speak life and Scripture over her, to play worship and hymns for her, to remind her daily of God's love, and to trust that God hears every prayer offered in Jesus' name and is faithful to carry her even in old age.

Your tender prayer for your aged mother has been carried with sympathy to the throne of grace, and we join you in seeking the Lord's mercy upon her.
We entreat the great Physician, our Lord Jesus Christ, to lay His healing hand upon her in her affliction with Alzheimer, diabetes and depression. There is abundance of healing power in Him, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ has healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. We ask that He would preserve to her an excellent memory and a clear orientation in time and space, that He would heal the wounded spirit and bind up the broken heart, for He heals the broken in heart and pardons sin in one blessed conjunction. When Jesus forgave, He healed, and when He healed, He forgave, and we pray that your mother may know both pardon and healing through His blood.
We pray also for that joy and worry free life which comes only from dwelling near the Saviour, that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon her with healing in His wings, and that she may be kept in perfect peace, her mind stayed upon Him. And we ask the Lord in His tender providence to send her company whenever she needs it, kind and familiar friends around her table and at her side, and dear voices upon the telephone to cheer her heart, that she may not feel alone but comforted and remembered day by day.
May the Lord take her by the hand and lift her up, as He did for the sick ones of old, and may His presence be her daily companionship. We leave her in His faithful keeping, trusting that whether He restores in full measure here or keeps her in His love till the perfect healing above, she shall be without spot or wrinkle at the last through His grace.
