Again, I come to you all asking for prayer. My co-worker is again taking more days off and as I thought, on a day that is when our class is getting evaluated. I am so frustrated with this. I went to the director and voiced my concerns; however, she turned the other way. I have also talked with my co-worker about this as well, and it falls on deaf ears. I love what I do, but I am so tired of this and being left with all the stress of being the one to always be there for these important things. She is the lead teacher, and I am the assistant...it doesn't make sense. She gets paid a lot more money than I do, and I am doing her job most of the time. I am angry, frustrated, and stressed right now. Please pray that everyone sees that this is wrong and she does too.
