Beloved Servant
Please pray for the African American community to be set free from false teachings. Pray for God to raise up teachers in that community who will lead people truly to Christ and not astray. Pray for wolves to be removed from it and no longer able to lead people astray or harm them. Pray for our healing and protection from racism and hatred that is directed toward us from literally the entire world. Thank you.

We hear your heartfelt cry for the African American community, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting these concerns before our Heavenly Father. The need for truth, healing, and protection is great, and we know that only God can bring the transformation that is so deeply needed.

First, we must address the critical importance of sound biblical teaching. The Word of God warns us in Ephesians 4:14, "that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error." False teachings lead people astray, and we must pray for discernment and wisdom to recognize and reject them. We pray that God would raise up faithful teachers within the African American community, men and women who are grounded in Scripture, led by the Holy Spirit, and committed to leading others to the truth of Christ. May these teachers be bold in proclaiming the Gospel without compromise, as Paul exhorts Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:2-4: "preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching. For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside to fables."

We also rebuke the wolves in sheep’s clothing who seek to exploit and mislead God’s people. Jesus Himself warned us in Matthew 7:15, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves." These false teachers must be exposed and removed, for their deception brings spiritual harm and division. We pray that their influence would be broken, and that those who have been led astray would be restored to the truth. Let us stand firm on the Word of God, which is "profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16).

The pain of racism and hatred is a heavy burden to bear, and we grieve with you over the injustices that have been directed toward the African American community. Scripture is clear that all people are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and that there is no room for partiality or hatred among believers. James 2:9 warns, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." We must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Racism is a tool of the enemy to divide and destroy, and we must resist it with the love and unity that Christ commands.

We pray for healing, both individually and collectively. Healing from the wounds of racism, healing from the lies that have been sown, and healing from the generational pain that has been passed down. Isaiah 61:1 declares, "The Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound." May God’s healing power flow through the African American community, bringing restoration, hope, and freedom.

We also pray for protection. Psalm 91:4-5 assures us, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day." We ask God to be a shield around His people, guarding them from the hatred and violence that seeks to harm them. May His angels encamp around them, and may His peace reign in their hearts.

Finally, we must emphasize the power of the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is only in His name that we can find salvation and true freedom. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If there are those in the African American community who have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. For those who already believe, may they grow deeper in their relationship with Him, finding strength and hope in His promises.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the African American community to You. Lord, we ask that You would raise up faithful teachers who will lead Your people into all truth. Expose and remove the false teachers who seek to deceive and harm, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path. We pray for healing from the wounds of racism and hatred, heal the brokenhearted, bind up their wounds, and restore what has been lost. Protect Your people, Lord, and surround them with Your angels. Let Your peace reign in their hearts, and may they find their strength in You alone.

We declare that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and we pray that many would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. Break the chains of false teachings, Lord, and let Your truth set them free. May the African American community be a beacon of light and hope, shining brightly for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are grateful you brought this before us, and we hear both your love for your community and the weight you carry. Longing to see people led to Christ in truth, and feeling the sting of racism and hatred that seems to come from every direction, is a heavy burden to hold. Thank you for bringing it to the Lord so honestly.

What stood out to us is how you put truth first, asking God to raise up faithful teachers and to remove those who mislead and harm. That kind of discernment grows best in community, not alone. Looking at the fruit of a teaching and a teacher's life over time, staying rooted in a local church where the Bible is taught clearly and humbly, and walking closely with a few trusted believers you can test things with, can help guard against false teaching while you keep praying for the wider community.

It also makes sense that you would ask for healing and protection. Facing ongoing hostility is exhausting. We will keep praying with you for that protection and for the Lord to strengthen and encourage you as you intercede for others.

Father, we lift this community to You and ask You to raise up faithful, humble teachers who point people to Jesus Christ. Give discernment to recognize what is true and what is not, remove the influence of those who would deceive or harm, and cover Your people with Your protection and healing from hatred and racism. Lead with wisdom and keep them close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have carried your petition to the throne of grace and do join you in earnest prayer before our heavenly Father.

We pray that the Lord in His great mercy will deliver many from going down to the Pit, for He is gracious and has found a ransom. No man could have devised such a way of deliverance, but God has provided it in the precious blood of His own Son who bore the penalty of our iniquities. We ask that this glorious truth may be made known with power in the African American community, that souls bound in darkness may hear and live, and that the mouths of those who hunger for truth may be filled with Christ Himself.

We pray that He who has delivered us from the power of darkness will do that same work of deliverance again, for deliverance from the guilt of sin and deliverance from the power of sin are both the work of God alone. We beseech Him to raise up faithful teachers and pastors after His own heart, men who will preach Christ and Him crucified, who will not shun to declare the whole counsel of God, and who will lead souls truly to Christ and not astray. And we pray that the Lord will expose and remove the wolves who for gain or vanity lead the simple astray, that their power to harm and deceive may be broken, and that the flock may be kept from false doctrine.

We are taught that we must hate the false doctrine while still loving the man, and hating his error even out of love to his soul with earnest desire that he may be reclaimed and brought into the way of truth. So we pray with that righteous hatred of all false ways, asking for discernment for your community to try the spirits and to cling to the sincere word of God.

And concerning the hatred and racism of which you speak, we bring your sorrow before Him who knows what it is to be hated without a cause. Our blessed Lord was hated though He came to heal and to save, and His own experience proves that the enmity of the world often falls without just reason. We pray that the fear of the Lord may be your strong confidence and your refuge, for the fear of the Lord does not drive you from Him but drives you to Him where there is safety. May the Lord Himself be your protection, may He moderate your afflictions and turn even the malice of men to your good, as He sits as a Refiner by the furnace. We ask for healing where wounds have been made, for peace where hatred has brought distress, and for grace to love those who oppose you while trusting the Lord to be your defender.

May the Lord keep you hour by hour by His constant grace, deliver you from evil company and from the devices of the adversary, and grant that you shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only ransom and the only hope of sinners, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join with you in prayer for the African American community and bring your requests before the Lord.

We pray that God will set His people free from every false teaching and from every voice that leads astray. Scripture warns that false Christs and false prophets will arise and that wolves seek to enter among the sheep, so we ask the Lord to expose what is false, to remove those wolves and to keep them from having power to harm or deceive any longer. We pray that He will raise up faithful teachers in that community, men and women who know the Word, who do not waver, and who will speak the truth with clarity and love, like rain that waters dry ground, so that many may be truly led to Christ and built up in Him, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone.

We also pray for healing and protection. We ask God to heal wounds caused by racism and hatred, to guard hearts from bitterness, and to protect His people from all who would direct hatred toward them. May He give comfort, strength to endure, and a deep assurance of His love and justice, and may He help all of His people to live soberly, righteously and godly as we look for the blessed hope of our Savior. We ask that He would make His church a place of watchfulness, truth and lovingkindness, where the Word is taught faithfully day and night and where every person is honored as made in His image.

We thank God that He hears prayer and we ask Him to answer according to His wisdom and mercy in Christ. Amen.

I have heard your prayer and I join you in bringing it before the Lord.

The burden you carry for your community is a right and biblical one. In every generation false prophets and false teachers have been a great harm to the work of God. They do not always appear as what they are, and often much of what they say sounds true, which is why people listen. But their effect is to keep people away from the true and living God. Some do this by giving a false hope and comforting people in their sin so they do not feel their need to repent. Others do this by denying that sin is sin at all and by preaching a message that is not the gospel of Jesus Christ. God is against such teaching because it promises life to those who will not turn from their wicked way, and it becomes a burden rather than freedom. It is like a well without water. It cannot satisfy. So we pray that God would deliver people from every substitute for Himself, from every idol that takes over the heart and mind, and bring them to repentance and to faith in Jesus Christ alone, who is God manifested in the flesh and the only hope of salvation.

I pray with you that the Lord will raise up faithful teachers within your community who walk in truth as God has commanded and who abide in the teaching first received concerning Jesus, that He is one with the Father. The early church was warned that wolves would come in not sparing the flock and that some would rise up from within seeking to draw disciples after themselves, often taking advantage of people for their own gain. We ask God to expose and remove those who do this, to stop their influence, and to protect His people from being led astray or harmed. And we ask Him to raise up shepherds after His own heart who love the brethren, who teach the word faithfully, and who lead people truly to Christ.

I also pray with you for healing and protection. The Lord knows the pain that comes from racism and hatred, and He sees every wrong. He is a God of justice and mercy, and He commands His people to love one another because we have passed from death to life. In Christ there is no favoritism, for all are made in His image and all who come to Jesus are one in Him. I ask God to be your blanket of protection, to guard you and your community from those who would hate or harm you, to heal the wounds that hatred has left, and to let His grace, mercy and peace be evident in your lives. May He comfort you with His presence, establish you in the truth, and make His love known through you to others, so that many more will turn from darkness and find freedom in the Lord Jesus.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift up the African American community before the Lord and to bring your specific burdens before Him. We have prayed that God would set His people free from false teachings and that many would know the truth that sets us free according to John 8:32. We have prayed that the Lord would raise up faithful teachers in that community who will rightly handle the word of truth and lead people truly to Christ and not astray. We have prayed that wolves in sheep's clothing would be exposed and removed as warned about in Matthew 7:15 and would no longer be able to lead people astray or harm them. We have also prayed for healing and protection from racism and hatred, asking our Father to heal the brokenhearted as promised in Psalm 147:3 and to be a shield and refuge for His people, for He is close to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know how God has worked so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We count it a blessing to continue standing with you.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
