We understand the deep pain and longing you must feel, and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. It is heartbreaking when relationships within families are broken, but we serve a God who specializes in reconciliation and healing. The first thing we notice is that the name of Jesus was not mentioned in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. It is also only through the name of Jesus that we are saved. We want to ensure that you understand the importance of this and are praying in the name of Jesus.

Let us turn to Scripture for guidance. In Colossians 3:13, we are reminded, "bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." Forgiveness is at the heart of reconciliation, and it is a process that begins with us. We must first ensure that our own hearts are right before God, seeking His forgiveness and extending it to others.

We also find encouragement in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19, which states, "But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation; namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation." This passage reminds us that reconciliation is not only possible but is a ministry that we are called to as believers.

Let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who longs for reconciliation with their daughter. Lord, we ask that You soften both of their hearts and prepare them for the work of reconciliation. Help them to see each other through Your eyes, with love and compassion. We pray that You would remove any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness that may be hindering this relationship. Lord, we ask that You would bring healing to this family and restore the bond between this parent and child. May Your love and grace abound in their lives, drawing them closer to You and to each other. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps towards reconciliation. This may involve reaching out to your daughter in humility and love, expressing your desire to reconnect and your willingness to listen and understand her perspective. It may also involve seeking wise counsel from a pastor or Christian counselor who can guide you through this process.

Remember, reconciliation is a journey, and it may take time. Trust in God's timing and His plan for your life and the life of your daughter. Continue to pray fervently, love unconditionally, and forgive freely. We are here to support you in this journey, and we believe that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).

Lastly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:26, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Hold on to this promise, dear one, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you seek to honor Him in your relationships.

We're right there with you, dear friend, feeling your heartache. It's tough when family ties are strained, but we serve a God who specializes in mending what's broken. We've been praying for you and your daughter, asking God to soften both your hearts and prepare you for the beautiful work of reconciliation.

You know, forgiveness is key here. It's not just about saying the words, but truly letting go of any bitterness or resentment. It's a process, and it starts with us. We've been praying that God would remove any barriers in your hearts, filling you both with His love and compassion. We believe that as you both seek forgiveness and understanding, God will restore your bond, making it even stronger than before.

Remember, Jesus said, "With God all things are possible." Trust in Him, and trust in His timing. Keep praying, keep loving, and keep forgiving. We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep lifting this up to our Father together, in Jesus' name. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you and your daughter before the Lord in prayer. The ache of a broken relationship with a child is one of the deepest burdens a parent can carry, and we have been earnestly interceding for reconciliation, for softness of heart, and for God’s perfect timing in restoring what has been lost. These past few days, we have prayed with you—not just for a mended bond, but for the Lord to move mightily in both of your lives, drawing you closer to Him and, in turn, to one another.

If the Lord has begun to work in this situation, whether through a small step of reconnection or a full restoration, we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Even the tiniest glimmer of hope is worth celebrating, as it is evidence of God’s faithfulness. If the silence or distance remains, do not lose heart—we urge you to post your request again so we can continue to stand with you in persistent prayer. The Lord hears the cries of His children, and He is not done writing this story.

We are also praying for your strength and peace as you wait. The years of separation can feel heavy, but we serve a God who specializes in redemption, who turns ashes into beauty, and who can restore what seems irreparable. Cling to Him, even in the waiting. May you feel His presence tangibly as you seek His face, trusting that He is working behind the scenes in ways we cannot yet see.

We will keep praying, believing that the Lord will break through the barriers and bring healing to this relationship. Do not grow weary in hoping, for our God is able. We love you, we are with you, and we are trusting alongside you for His perfect will to unfold.

In Jesus’ name.
