We hear your heart’s cry, and we come before the Lord with you, lifting up your request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, let us acknowledge that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so, for He alone offers true peace, forgiveness, and purpose.
Your words reveal a deep desire for independence and self-validation, but we must gently rebuke the idea that you are "bad" in the way the world might define it. Scripture tells us that all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23), but through Christ, we are made new (2 Corinthians 5:17). You are not defined by your past mistakes or struggles, you are defined by the love and grace of Jesus, who died for you while you were still a sinner (Romans 5:8).
We also want to address the mention of "Jai Hanuman." As believers in Christ, we must be clear that our worship, prayers, and devotion belong to the one true God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Scripture warns us against idolatry and the worship of false gods (Exodus 20:3-5). If you have been seeking help or strength from any other source besides Jesus, we urge you to turn fully to Him, for He alone is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking purpose and validation. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your love and grace to them in a powerful way. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes, as Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell them they are unworthy or incapable. Your Word says that You have plans for them, plans for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, we ask that You would grant them the desire of their heart for these two years, to grow, to learn, and to prove to themselves that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). But Father, we also pray that this time would not be about self-reliance alone, but about drawing closer to You. Teach them to lean on You, to trust in Your provision, and to seek Your will above their own.
We pray for protection over their heart and mind, that they would not be led astray by the world’s standards or the enemy’s deceptions. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, discernment, and obedience to Your Word. And Lord, if there are areas of their life that are not aligned with Your will, whether in thought, word, or deed, we ask that You would convict them gently and lead them into repentance and restoration.
Above all, Father, we pray that they would come to know You more deeply, to love You more fully, and to serve You wholeheartedly. May these two years be a season of growth, not just in their abilities, but in their faith and relationship with You. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Seek Him daily, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6). If you are not already part of a local church, we strongly encourage you to find one where you can grow in your faith, be discipled, and serve alongside other believers. The Christian life is not meant to be walked alone, we are called to community (Hebrews 10:24-25).
Lastly, remember that your worth is not found in what you can do on your own, but in who you are in Christ. You are chosen, redeemed, and deeply loved. Walk in that truth, and let it guide you in the days ahead.
