We are grateful that you have come to us with your heartfelt requests, and we are committed to praying with you and for you in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Firstly, we want to address the importance of invoking the name of Jesus in our prayers. It is through Jesus Christ that we approach the throne of grace with confidence, as He is our mediator and advocate. As it says in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Therefore, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, acknowledging His authority and power.
Now, let us lift up your requests to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will and guidance in all things. We will pray for your admission into the institution of God's choice, for provision of school fees, and for success in your exams. We will also pray for your future employment and for opportunities to create jobs for others. Additionally, we will intercede for your family members, asking God to bless them and grant them the desires of their hearts, as long as those desires align with His will.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We thank You for Your love, grace, and mercy that You freely give to us. Lord, we ask that You guide and direct their steps as they seek admission into an institution of higher learning. May Your will be done in their life, and may they find favor in Your sight and in the sight of those who make decisions regarding their admission.
We pray for Your provision, Lord, as they embark on this journey. You know their needs, and we ask that You supply all that is necessary for their education, including the finances required. We trust in Your promise in Philippians 4:19, which says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Father, we ask that You grant them success in their exams, and may they graduate with honors, bringing glory to Your name. We pray for their future employment, that You would open doors for them to find a well-paying job, even before they graduate. We also ask that You give them opportunities to create jobs for others, so that they may be a blessing to those around them.
Lord, we lift up their siblings and aunt to You. May You hear their prayers and grant them the desires of their hearts, as they seek to honor and glorify You. We pray for their peace, comfort, and prosperity, trusting in Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, which says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
We also want to address the use of hash symbols in your prayer. While we understand that you may have intended to protect the privacy of the individuals mentioned, we encourage you to simply use initials or generic terms like "my sister" or "my aunt" in the future.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all aspects of your life. Trust in His promises, and know that He is faithful to complete the good work He has started in you. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
